I'm sick and tired of people playing wannabe GM cluttering the board with ridiculous trade scenarios. Giving up junk so we can land Rubio. 3 way deals so we can land over hyped Kirk Hinrich. Acting as if Landry and a future 1st rounder to some team is gold.

So here it is. Post what you want to see done here. Stop cluttering the board

    Oh fine.

trade t-mac, Landry, a future first round pick, and Battier for Rubio, Kirk Hinrich, and chris bosh.

    works for everyone.

    Sign and Trade Deal
    -------------------

Battier to Toronto for Shawn Marion (signed at 7mil per/ 2 years 14mil)

We move Marion to the starting PF spot, and move Scola over to C. Shane fills A Parkers spot.

    Shane/Landry for Rudy F./Outlaw

    and

TMAC for Prince/Hamilton or TMAC for Redd/Gadzuric

Simple and it would create matchup problems as is but when Yao returns it will make us a championship contender again very quickly.

Good trades. The line up would remain deep and the team would finally have players who are not injury prone.

Battier to DC for Nick Young and Brendan Haywood

Haywood is expiring at 5.5 MIL...Haywood is a 7 footer... he can be the starting center this year...

Nick Young is a great prospect at the 2 guard he is 6-6

Wiz probably do this deal cause they want to contend next year... They got McGee and Blatche, who can play Center for them...

they got Randy Foye, Mike Miller and DeShaun Stevenson so Nick Young can be moved...

    thoughts?

Save a lot of money and get maintain an exciting young player. They probably value Martin highly though still. Its just tough to gauge this things in this current climate.

It's a good trade in theory, but Battier's a bigger number that comes off the books this year isn't?

Nick Young is a good prospect though

They just drafted Tyreke Evans, so if they traded Martin it would probably be for a big, not another guard.

Or we can try and pry away Camby who's a big expiring. Even if it means we gotta ship Shane off to Siberia which is the Clippers

I say we make these 2 trades to finish off the off-season.

    Trade #1

Houston sends Landry to New Orleans.

New Orleans sends Hilton Armstrong/draft rights to Darren Collison to Houston.

    Trade #2

    Houston sends McGrady/Brooks to Phoenix.

Phoenix sends Stoudemire/Barbosa/2nd round draft pick that could elevate to a 1st (if Stoudemire doesn't resign) to Houston.

With these trades & the signing of Ariza, our new lineup could be:

    C: Yao(IL?)/Stoudemire/Armstrong/Dorsey
    PF: Stoudemire/Scola/Hayes/Dorsey
    SF: Ariza/Battier/White/Budinger(IL?)
    SG: Battier/Barry/White
    PG: Barbosa/Lowry/Collison(IL?)

That team could get up & down the floor quickly without Yao in the lineup. Anyone think RA could do something with that team?

Seeing how high valued expirings are (see RJ trade), I wouldn't offer Tracy and Brooks.

I think in the case with Amare, patience is the key.

Wait until Suns can't find what they ideally want which is expiring + youth. They'll just have to settle with an expiring.

Of course it is risky in that there could be other teams that just go ahead and give expirings and youth (like Carter/Courtney Lee trade), but I rather not give up Brooks.

My dear friend,be realistic Washington will lose a lot here. Foye hasn't done much,Miller is all right but getting older,Stevenson has been a complete failure. Nick is their most talented SG despite his relative inexperience. Blatche is a 4. Haywood makes things easier for McGee.

Is there any way that we could pry Spencer Hawes away from Sacramento??? or is there pretty much no way that they would trade him?
