Do you think Bird or Jordan would ever say those things ? Or would they simply say - we stunk?

A lot of winning is about attitude, and the Rockets need to get hungrier and meaner.

I'm tired of hearing that we lost to 'a team we were supposed to beat' no ifs, ands, or buts. I agree, Minn is a team we are supposed to beat. But in an 82 game grind it's unrealistic to win them all. Did anyone believe Dallas' slow start was indicative of a losing season? Does anyone think Miami is a lottery bound team now? If this were an 18 game season (where every game is that much more valuable) than I would agree. I'm not making excuses, but acting like we will never be a contender after a loss to a lesser team is ridiculous.

Aren't the Spurs SUPPOSED to go 82-0 (or whomever you pick as the top team). According to the 'games we're supposed to win' I count us as right on track at 12-6. Wins like Miami and Dallas help compensate. If you guys want to complain that we have to take some wins from good teams (which runs contrary to the initial logic) than are you guys upset that we're not 16-2?

And I'm also tired of hearing the wins against Dallas and Miami don't count because we won when they were (or still) in a slump. Unless you feel satisifed that we lost some games in the last minute and believe the loss yesterday didn't count because Minnesota beat us yesterday on an 'off' day, then stop watching until the playoffs come.

Just a quick question, judging on T-mac's comment, does that mean if he started driving Garnett would have just swictched on him? which means technically he would have just as hard of a time driving?

No, more like - KG did switch on him, and KG is quick enough to stay with him and deny the easy layup. I believe he tried once and it ended up either in a miss or a turnover.
