Ok I guess next time I will wait till after a win before posting something like this so all the knee jerkers can get their frustrations in check. We are not a good team? Give me a break, these are all the same people who preseason were posting a Rockets championship in 09 and now 6 games in are hoping off the bandwagon because of one bad game

He's going to regret those comments. Bulletin board material. Our team has always been a late bloomer. Kobe was 10-17, wait until Battier comes back and Artest can rest on defense. This team will be better in sync w/each other by the All-star break.

not very sportsman like but he had every right to say what he did. i mean, the rockets were pretty much asking for it tonight.

he could have pulled a rasheed wallace and said both team played hard, but since rockets played like primary school girls and got blown out by 29, he was spot on with his statement.

He said Rockets is good. What more do you want him to say? Two "stars" combined for 3 of 22? I think he is a liar by saying rockets is good.

I am so frustrated. They kicked our ass! I keep waiting for our big three to do something. Every game I stand right in front of the TV and I just wait for that moment when we take off and dominate.

TMAC has been terrible! He has been so bad that benching him has been brought up by the Matt Bullard in the middle of the game. He has gone from All World to Super Star to All Star to a decent starter. That is what I would say he is so far this season. A better then average shooting gaurd but not by much. He is super soft and he walks up and down the court until he has the ball in his hand and then he holds it for 5 seconds and shoots a fade away for a brick. I am so frustrated with him!!!!

Yao is still rusty, I think he will get back to his self here in the next month or so. He is having trouble getting his defender pinned under the basket and it looked like Bynum had his number tonight. This is not the Yao we saw last year before the injury, but I think that he will come back to his old form.....

Artest looks decent at best. He has his flashes but has been inconsistent. He is good for about three three's a game and about 2 to 3 steals. He is atleast playing with some fire. I thought he would make TMAC play harder, but it has been the opposite. TMAC has been playing softer then ever.

I am not one to bash the Rockets, but we looked horrible tonight. Brooks has been a bright spot and landry and scola have both been inconsistent. I thought this was going to be a season to remember. I thought we were going to jump right back into 22 in a row form. I was way wrong, we look soft, slow and out of sink. We can't rebound and we do not have a leader on the court.

I am praying that this is a wake up game. I hope there is some sort of intervention with TMAC, becuase the way he is playing is killing us. I am disgusted with his play thus far. If he is to hurt to play, then DONT PLAY. Let someone else step in and atleast TRY to play basketball. Come on Rockets, I have so much passion for this team. It hurts me so bad becuase I see so much potential.

We got beat by a better team tonight. I think we are just as talented, but if you just watched this game tonight, you would say that the Rockets are not a playoff team and that TMAC does not need to be on the court. Sad, very sad :(

He was being kind in calling us a "good team". What we saw on the court in that second half was not a good team.

Gasol is happy now. The problem is that it was the 5th game on November and they have been fresh (4 game rest an playing only in LA). Once they face a cold stretch and the LA news start pressing, then you will see the real chokers.

They been running up the score lately.

When they went on the road they barely beat the nuggets. And they have like today a close game at the end of 3 vs the clippers. After that they been trying to run the score.

This Lakers team is good but nowhere what the score have show.

That the truth. After falling behind by 15, they outscore us by 45. That's pretty much shows who is boss.

I agree. Phil Jackson made a great adjustment on our defense at half-time. Their offense started clicking soon after the half-time (even though they missed a few open shots at the beginning of the 3rd, the shots were ... wide open).

I was gonna say they made great adjustment on our offense too ... maybe, except our offense had been sucky to begin with.  . The truth is they did make a great adjustment on our offense. They realized we didn't have much outside shots and will have waves of players going in, so they started playing zone inside (still 1-1 outside), and we couldn't get inside anymore.

Rockets players aren't as bad as they looked. But as a team, which means including the coach, Rox are still far away from the level of Lakers.

Its a quick blurb of a statement, and probably the most polite one ive heard about dominating a team by 29. If youre gonna take offense that he called us good and themselves better, then you should be superpissed about half the stuff posted here, cause its a lot worse.

There really isn't anything wrong with what Paul Gasol said. The lakers are a better team as of right now. Is it still early? yes.... But the excuses are running thin. I hope we find a way to add some height to this team.
