Everything they were throwing just kept going in, even if the shots were contended. Brooks again was horrible, ish would have at least gotten to the basket and manage a couple of assists. I want it to be october of next year already. =(
Anyone who doesn't think that Brooks doesn't hurt this team is just in denial. He literally ruins this team chemistry and is extremely low in efficiency with scoring and defending. He simply cant do anything else but score. His phiysical limitation is what's the problem. Not his fault but if he aint scoring that's it. Yank him out ASAP! It's sad to say it but Aaron Brooks is easily this team biggest scrub right now. Yes, a bigger scrub than Hill, Bud, and jefferies. They hurt this team far less.

You guys can't be talking smack about C.Lee. My god you guys ridiculous. His first good game in a long time and because he missed a stop shot on a stupid play call. The game shouldn't even have been that close. And we still will get something good for AB just not a superstar that some of you guys thought we could get earlier this season.
I don't think it was a stupid play call. CLee had no choice but to take that shot because the Wolves took away Kmart and the 3 ball.
that's it, trade Brooks a$$ to Minny for Kevin Love and unprotected 1st round pick. No need to be greedy and holdout till the deadline.
1. Chuck wouldn't be in such a pressure situation if Rockets had a good lead instead of down 1. 2. AB isn't the entire problem, that I agree. We don't have the personal to get enough rebounds and RA didn't play Pattersen 1 minutes. But AB was the worst player on the court today by far, he doesn't deserve that many minutes at this moment. I don't even blame AB if you read my posts. I blame RA for playing him 20 minutes, for unable to draw any successful play down the stretch after TO, for not play people who can rebound or defend(PP and JJ) we the team can't make a stop or grab a rebound. This loss is more on RA than AB. But AB certainly didn't help in the worst way.
JJ and Pat need some minutes in this game when we can't defend and can't rebound. Instead, RA gave all the minutes to AB. RA's poor decision making is the main reason for the loss.

1. Problem: - We just stall on offense when Brooks is in the game. He hogs the ball doesnt move it - no one else hardly gets a chance with the ball. When they do they arent in a good spot to score and there is no time left on the clock. This happnes 7 out 10 times with Brooks. This allows other teams to go on 7-0 / 11-2 runs. Even with no defense and Ish in there we could still match for 7-7 or 11-11 instead of 7-0 and 11-2. Fix: - take out Brooks and insert Ish. Ish can get guys open by demading attention when he pentrates and alwasy finds the open man who has a high percentage shot. This way our offense is still running even of defense is failing. So we can match whatever they score instead of allowing teams to score one unanswered point after another. 2. Problem: - We stall on defense way more than the 1st unit when the 2nd unit comes in. Bud+Hill+Miller absolutely kills any defensive momentum we build and it rubs off on other players. No one gets singled out for bad defense because they all play bad D except ChuckWagon. Lowry and Battier drop off on D at times as well. Although with Battier its not that he doesnt want to but he cant because of declining abilities. Fix - Bring in T-Will+PPat+JJ who demand defense - this will rub on other players too. When more guys plays defense - the guys who dont stick out and are easier to identify - thus tehy will place more emphasis on their end of defense. So Boys and Girls, what have we learned today? Brooks kills the offensive momentum for our 2nd unit while Bud+Hill+Miler kills any defensive momentum. This equals distaster which equals donkey stool which equals losses. Solution Recap - Take out Brooks and replace with Ish who can maintain/ORCHASTRATE/facilitate the offense then take out Bud+Hill+Miller who kill the defense and insert T-Will+PPat+JJ who can maintain/improve the defense.
Who talks about Flynn bein a bust compared to our PGs now? Always thought the opinions in the Flynn-thread were hella funny, guys never seen him but talked smack. :grin:
