I like Chandler Parsons. Even though he missed the shot that would have put us up 1, the defense was sound and he was the only one that cared to rebound. Even though Parsons isnt as gifted athletically and doesn't have the scoring prowess of Bud, I would rather have him start. He has a higher motor than Bud; he actually looks and acts like he gives a damn about basketball and sometimes hustle beats out talent. Plus, it looks like Bud is better as the first scoring option off the bench. It will be interesting who McHale gives the nod to start on Tuesday and if it is Parsons will it light a fire under Buds ass. For the record I don't expect it too.

As for the game, for the first time in a long time, I don't care about the out come anymore.

Our second team lead by Fynn, Bud, and Hill gave up that 12 point lead pretty quickly. Hill getting eviscerated by the walking dead and Bud being undressed by Mr. T is disappointing. Hard to believe Chandler has more lateral quickness than Bud, but that seems to be the case.

Another thing I think McHale didn't do right is the rotation at the 2nd half. Knowing all of us that the bench would destroy all the advantage, he should have made the substitutions gradually. Example: put in Terrence 2 minutes before (with a good offensive rythm), let Luis on the court until the end of quarter (he doesn't give an effort defensively, can't be that tired...), enter Hill at the start of the 4th quarter just for 2-3 minutes (or even better, don't play him, put Parsons at the PF with Pat at the C... or even PLAY THABEET!).... In a nutshell: don't play the whole bench at the same time. Fail.

Definitely something to be optimistic about; Chandler Parson's defense. I just hope he gains some confidence in his offensive game.

Johnny Flynn is incredibly frustrating to watch. Takes way too long to make his decisions. I wish we had kept Lin and I'm pretty sure the only reason we didn't was because of Johnny Flynn's contract being mostly guaranteed.

You sort of left out rebounds I notice...which were a pretty big deal tonight.

Do you really think KMH drew up a play for the rookie , first time starter - 2nd round pick - playing b/c of his D, to hit the game winning shot? Wow! I like the the fact Parsons just took the shot without a second thought; make it or not that was brass; IMO. Then the stare down, too. I really like what I seen from him so far.

If this is the 2nd round pick, I can't wait to see M. Morris.

Parsons is the glue and hustle guy we needed in the starting lineup.
