    Ginobli starts.....and so should AB.

This team needs him something fierce.

He is this team's best player.....just as I have said for a long long time.

Too bad it is taking all this losing for folks to figure out what I was saying.

Well Jordan Hill got a double double, which is awesome. Bud will snap out of his shooting slump, soon I hope. He just needs some muscle to bang and defend guys backing him down. Lees' best game as a Rocket. Battier and Hayes have to go. Just for the fact that RA doesn't play them so damn much.

Overall, good effort. I wasn't completely disgusted this go around.

agreed. i do think players only caring about offense are selfish. that's why i don't like Scola so much, neither Brooks.

DD, things are looking grim. If it is three weeks before AB or Yao return, the Rockets are going to be in such a hole. And even then, there is no promise that they will turn things around quickly if at all.

Adelman finally played this combo in the fourth quarter today. He played Hill and Miller almost the entire fourth quarter I believe. There should be a big that can rebound inside the paint at all times. The whole starting Scola/Hayes does not and will not work - ever. I personally think Scola should come off the bench - maybe play the same amount of minutes but still come off the bench. He has a post game but doesn't defend well inside the paint.

only Lee is able to hit some good percentage 3s..and some for battier..
once again, they limited our offense great by letting lowry WIDE OPEN..
and lowry tried to respond by shooting an air ball....and ish can't shoot well..and stop the so called floater......

Well you know it's possible for Hill to play and for Scola to play in the 4th.

the game was good, but we did the usual thing where the team completely disappears on offense AND defense for a 10min period and the opponent does whatever they want. This time it happened din the 2nd quarter, making me so gdm frustrated that I turned it off and never turned it back on. I saw the Rox got to within 3 while looking at the score on my phone, but other than that I just I knew it was over at the half.

    sad.

I love spirit, spark, hard-work, determination... but I'd appreciate it more if it was as much as the opposing team.

This is all Tracy McGrady's fault somehow...

....the Rockets couldn't even get three good players and two decent draft picks from his rotting carcass....

Scola was getting eaten up defensively out there. Going with Miller and Hill down the stretch was a good move by Adelman.

I also thought starting Hayes and playing Miller with the second unit really helped. It also kept Miller fresh for the 4th quarter.

Overall, the team just looks really tentative out there. They're still passing the ball, but there's little off-the-ball movement. Before, if Miller had the ball in the high post, you'd see four Rockets players darting around trying to get themselves open for a shot. Right now, no one's really cutting or setting screens with authority.

It's like they're thinking before moving, which adds that extra half-second of hesitation that throws off their game and lets the defender close in.

On the positive side, it's good to see the bench play well. The team's going to need it if they're going to climb out of this slump.

if ish can shoot at a higher percentage and make his FLOATERS!!
but Ish definitely has a better concept on creating chances for his teammates..

No you should of said....sorry DD Ginobli is 5X the player than AB who can score, dish and be a play maker and can hit clutch shots.

Oh BTW he has a PG who can get him the ball, when he is hot.

AB would just be passing it to Hayes......

We need AB, but he isn't the team's savior, nor is Yao.

Scola & Martin & Brooks are all offense-oriented, all have no defense.
    why Morey cann't see it?

True, but if we have one rim protector it helps a lot.

I would like to see them start Hill instead of Hayes or Miller...

    Totally agree!
Funny that this time AB is Ginobli. Last time he was Tony Parker.
