Rafer is back to his old self. We all had to expect that would happen. Luther has been a complete liability. It is obvious Landry is not 100%. Still not showing the usual explosion (atleast tonight). Can't fault the effort of the team though. From watching, I can honestly say I don't think the Rockets were playing lazy or without energy. It is really hard to overcome a team that shoots 76% FOR A HALF, and 40 FTs for the game. That the Rockets were even in this game near the end is impressive.
exactly, at least he tried. Id rather see tmac do what he did tonight even with 11-31 than see him not giving a lot of effort. Tmac had a good game and this loss has nothing to do with how tmac shot, it has more to do with how the suns shot.
I think we did fine, Suns played a near perfect game in my mind and we still had a chance of taking it from them. Not a dissapointing loss to me.
In my opinion, his value currently is higher than it should be, if he has another big flare up on his back (which will happen…. major back problems never go away completely), his value will drastically fall, he had a relatively healthy season this year, and I’m sure teams like Chicago/Miami might be a little desperate. I think you're right. Maybe we should trade Tmac and a 1st rd pick to the Raptors for Kris Humphries and the piece of garbage formerly known ad Derrick Martin. We should probably thrown in Yao as well so that the Raptors agree to the deal.
His back has been A-ok since he went to Dr. Patterson in December 2006. It has been nearly a year and a half since that time and no back problems.
T-Mac almost have a triple double and with him the team was only -3 with him in the game. BTW he made his defender tonight Grant Hill shoot 2 point in 37 minutes, and run that pick and roll great, I think if Landry didn't fumble the ball a couple of time he could had reach a triple double. He did good so our team just a bad start defensibly for the rockets finding out this new Phoenix sun. Next game Houston will beat them I almost certain.

let me put up these stats for y'all 57% shooting (77% in the first half), 43% 3s, 95% ft (38-40), outrebounded us, more assists -> PERFECT game for the suns, as perfect as you can get. and we were STILL in it despite pathetic games from rafer and head again (and a subpar shooting night from tmac), along w/ 4th game in 5 nights, 5th game in 7 nights. rocket fans need to relax.
Is he as athletic as he used to be? He’s 28/29 years old, that's supposed to be your prime years. The guy struggles (some days he looks better than others, that's telling sign for players on the decline), he’s still obviously a lot better than your average NBA ball player, though I’m sure you can tell he can’t do the same things anymore.
Yeah, you're probably right. Hopefully we can get Joey Graham thrown into the deal. He is an athlete. Can probably replace 95% of what Tmac gives us.
