ariza cost us this game. 1-7 in the 4th (the one basket was a statpadder as he dunked the ball to end the game when no one was even playing). the refs awarded him 2 travels and he still couldnt' finish.

i don't know who's a worse dribbler. artest or ariza? one just bulldozes in, the other just looks like a big man trying to be a little man.

both are just god awful. ariza should NEVER dribble with the game on the line. NEVER.

With TSlack, we don't even get close. Furthermore, TSlack is not a great finisher in general.

scola was a turnover machine against amare. everytime scola would get it in the post, it was a turnover.

We need to play perfect basketball to beat the elite teams in the league.

    Tonight we didn't.

I think the term " sucks " is a bit harsh. but however, he is'nt a legit go to guy. he just dosent have th skill set. hopefully when tracy comes back and is healthy, that wont be an glaring issue anymore

I love Ariza, I really do, but boy I can't stand watching another minute of him trying to create. The other shot that I truly hate is when he attempts to lean on the defender. He bricks that shot so badly and it is useless (he even travels a lot of the time).

Why didnt Adelman play Budinger and Andersen more? They played fantastic against the Lakers and seems like they would excel playing run n gun with the Suns. Also Brooks had a horrible shooting night. Should've cut his time short and play Lowry more, let him create with Budinger/Landry/Andersen. Why would you play Battier and Hayes together in crunch time when we need points badly??? Ughhhh.

And yeah, Battier looks more and more like a scrub... How can a NBA starter have such a limited offensive repertoire? He's basically Bruce Bowen with worse defense. Without Yao and T-mac his weakness on offense has been glaring.

Even on one leg, McGrady could have drawn a double team (based of what he used to do) and somebody would have been open.

Ariza's handles just aren't that good.

Chuck is definitely going to struggle against guy's like Amare. Athletic, quick, with a mid-range game. Chuck is much more effective guarding traditional back to the basket players.

We need to stop thinking so much about having that "closer."

Our whole offense is based around finding the open guy, yet we continue to try and go one-on-one when the game is on the line.

    I just don't get it.
