They usually start the plays with Brooks. He is the 1st option.

Time to speed up McGrady's timetable to return to action.

I still don't understand why Scola wasn't in the game towards the end. Anderson played fine but I would go with Scola at that point.

The drought in the third quarter did them in ... it turned out to be too big a deficit to overcome. That and the missed layups hurt them more than anything a particular player did.

That was epic bad. It is amazing that the game even got close after that.

why knock on the guy? he's only a 5mil guy. if he can drive, dribble, and finish in traffic, then he'd become a young mcgrady, wouldn't he?

Our Houston Rockets are presently out of the potential Playoff Picture, being 9th in the West.
Is our talented short team of backup players on a spiral downwards?
Can we make a come back especially since we have such a great coach in Adelman and a great Manager in Morey ?
Will the Rocket's Management prevent the return of our star player whatever the circumstances?
Afer all that has gone down I wonder if a comeback by McGrady might place his career in a very vunerable position with this management and team?
Presently the Coach is trying to have key players a game style which is alien to them and the up and down performances are an indicator of this. :p

I am no longer a Tmac fan nor will I defend him anymore after he quit on the team last yr in portland ...but I think its time to see what he's got....These games are getting ugly....Rockets over any one player , but we might need to see what he can offer

the point is, coach is asking him to do those things. he has failed miserably at those things. and yet he's still doing those things.

you have to know when you suck at certain things and have to stop doing those things.

He drives way to often for someone who can't finish, loses the ball, and makes bad decsions.

BTW, most decent 'tweeners can dribble and drive. They're also better shooters. Note the following:

a double double tonight is hardly a failure. and he continues to do what he does because adelman asks him to. and adelman asks him to because he has no other choice. what's so hard to understand?

no other choice? i would prefer those 21 shots to go to guys who can actually go 1-on-1, and we have those other guys.

no one is doubting his other parts of his game. it's his inability to score.

A loss is a failure ... team failure, but he's a part of it. It just looks like he takes it upon himself to go 1 on 3 and put up a horrible shot.

i understand many fans want to see what mcgrady has got and how at this point he can help the team.

but adelman and the coaches know better than us. if adelman doesn't feel he's ready, then he's not ready.

are you serious? what other wingmen we have that have better scoring ability? chase the rookie? maybe. and adelman is giving him minutes, too.

ab has NOT scored well for some time now, mind you.

so how's his part different from others' in that regard? you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. why don't you blame hayes putting up some laughable layups against duncan, a great post defender?

pointing fingers after a loss often goes meaningless imo. we don't have enough talent at this point. so lower your expectations, and it will make y'all feel a bit better.

Denial can't hide the truth. Everyone has to take their share of the defeat.
