Time to blow up this team!!! Aaron Brooks and Kyle Lowry for Nash, Scola for Baron Davis, Yao Ming for Gilbert Arenas, and Kevin Martin for 2 second round picks in a deep draft (possibly 2018).
courtney lee should of made those free throws cause we would of won but he choked. For the next couple games we should win and this is what i think Timberwolves- win wizards- win pacers - win knicks - win bulls - win thunder - idk raptors - win suns - win
I was talking about the fact that currently we are the worst team in the NBA. I agree, by the end of the season, we won't be the worst team anymore.
If you were at the game DD, you would have seen it was a great effort on the behalf of the Rockets. They truly did want to win this game no matter what because I freaking asked them. They could have easily crumbled when Brooks when out but they fought. They were down 11 or 13 points in the 3rd quarter and stormed back under Ish Smith's lead in the 4rth. It was definitely a great effort not marketing bull****.
Sure it was a great effort, I am talking about Morey citing the teams we have lost too like it somehow makes it ok, or understandable. Good teams do not make excuses like that.....just win baby ! DD
at this point, that's not a sure thing. I don't think this team is capable of going off in a long winning streak or win 10 out of 15 games. If we were suppose to be a .500 team we are losing that margin of error and even if we play .500 the rest of the way we still have this 0-fer start that put us behind the 8-ball.
Hill needs to get more playing time. I liked what I saw from him tonight. Yes, Lee choked in the end, but if it weren't for his defense and all-around hustle we would not have been in the position for him to choke in the first place. Smith made several rookie mistakes and shot the ball too often, but I am still excited about what he could become. Can you really ask more from an undrafted rookie than to carry a depleted team back from a 12 point deficit against a very good Spurs team and take the game to overtime? I applaud his play tonight. I still have not seen Battier dunk the ball, but I am glad he decided to get involved on offense tonight. Don't expect it to happen often though. He seems to pick out two or three games every season to play aggressively in, and then just fades into the background in the rest. When your team has a record of 0-5 you have to see the season as one long game, with W's as your points. The way I see it is we are setting the stage for a thrilling comeback. But I have been wrong before...
Because the Spurs figured out he could not shoot.....it is gonna get ugly if we have to start a PG that has no shot. Teams will pack the paint and force our PG to shoot it.... Oh man....ugly is coming, good thing we play a slew of crappy teams. DD
Because the other team leaves him wide open to double his teammates, and he's the only PG we had on the team in the 2nd half.
