Excellent effort and a really enjoyable game. Normally I'd be content with losing given the effort and injuries, but 0-5 really, really hurts.

Hopefully Martin isn't hurt too badly since he remained on the bench and hopefully Lowry returns soon. Ish did a good job, but still made a lot of rookie mistakes.

Great effort by the bench but now playing tomorrow this OT was not good for the possible first W. You know the team will be tiried and Minny will try and take advantage of it.

Question 1, Both AB and Lowry are injured?
Question 2, Why Smith shoot that much....his pct is low in colleague
Question 3, Is Lee get used to lose after playing for the nets?

Well 0-82 is still a live option; at least that would be a record.

Last year the Rockets started off like a house on fire, then folded like a cheap tent. Maybe, this season will be the reverse. Maybe not. Well, hats off to the coaches, I would certainly want Chuck Hayes and Ish Smith taking "clutch" shots down the stretch.

    Lets see.....

-TO the ball during crunch time mins......Success
    -Unable to hit clutch FT's.......Success
    -Last play failure......Success
    -Unable to hit a 3 ball...Success
-Still allowing teams to score over 110 in 4 quarters...success
    -No set rotation.......Success
    -KM disappearing in the 4th....Success
-Another PG, who has to score......Success (but love his effort, but 4-16....for a D-league?)

Yep looks like our 2010-2011 Rocket Team.

Got to blame this loss on Yao. His 24 minutes is clearly taking a toll on Lee's ability to focus on his freebies and securing the ball.

Ok. Winning streak starts tomorrow. 10 in a row..book it.

Taking the Spurs to overtime in their home court is a step in the right direction. Now let's get a win against Minny and build on that.

He was looking for Scola, but they stayed at home with him and they sagged off of Ish b/c they know he can't shoot, that's why he seemed to be wide open and went in for the floaters (which he was making in the preseason, but oh well...)

Yeah, good thing the playoffs aren't starting tomorrow. Crappy outcome tonight, but the effort and toughness were there, which was good to see.

Martin manages to yet another disappearing act. Though Courtney Lee had a bad game late I would still rather see him on the floor late in the game than Martin. Lee is mentally stronger than Martin as of now. We need those type of players like Landry or McGrady who are not afraid to put the team on their back or take a shot.

the effort and toughness came from the bench, not the starters.

We were well on our way to getting blown out with brooks/martin in the game. Spurs were getting open looks all day.

Courtney and the rest of the team played with heart, and finally looked hungry for the win. They just made some bad decisions under crunch time because of lack of experience, and cracked under pressure. But honestly who on this team plays well under pressure? All of them choked in one way or another, which really showed how no one is a closer on this team yet. I still think Hill, Ish, and Lee showed promise and should get more minutes. Even Shane stepped it up, as well as Scola. Bud is gonna have to put in extra work for his shot to fall again...
