We need deke to help us protect the freakin paint. We give up these leads because we have no shot blocking and no rebounding.
One thing I've noticed, when the Rockets run the offense Scola gets a ton of open looks. He disappeared in the fourth tonight. Why? Because the Rockets stopped running the damned offense.
WTF???? They got the ball up the court for a wide open 3 pointer not once but twice this game in under 5 seconds...sometimes Jeff, it seems you have never played the game..with some of your comments. 5 seconds is plenty of time to get a good shot. DD
Man, we need to knock down shots in the 4th. Look, we were getting good looks, but we are hitting them when it doesnt matter, and under the pressure we fail. That's it. We just can't play in 4th quaters.
That should have gone to Yao in the low post. Off the double team the Rockets could have gotten an open shot. Calling him out to set a high pick was insane.
i'm so sick of this, they need to hide the score from the rockets and make them think they are down by 10 points all game long! I'm so tired of them blowing leads and playing down to the competition, go out there and play the game with intensity or put some players in their that will...this is F ing pathetic!
Yao was garbage tonight. I'm a huge Yao backer, but when your go to guy has 5 turnovers and cant get his freakin shot off, doesnt get to the line doesnt get rebound, fouls, doesnt pass well, gets tourched on defese....wtf. what is he doing?
Could of been a better shot at the end but AB and Yao were pretty much no shows against the Sixers. Yao couldn't grab a rebound if his life depended on it and AB just keeps throwing up bricks.
Wafer should have been insterted as a decoy and/or another option, Dalembert had an easy choice, there was absolutely no one else who would be taking the shot but Tmac....bad coaching ruined that one..
There was 5 seconds. Philly played it perfect. They knew they could force T-mac to shoot a 3. They knew that Yao wasn't a threat to roll to the basket in 5 seconds. Horrible play by Adelman. Everyone knew what was coming as soon as Yao went to set the pick.
When you have something designed by the coach, yes. But when you just put the ball in one players hands and everybody is just standing, than it is not a lot of time, at all. The fact it, T-Mac, Rockets failed. And it wasn't only about that 3. We shouldn't have allowed them to climb back.
I like how you conveniently ignore Battier. He was a walking disaster tonight as he has been for most of this season. In a span of about a minute he dribbled the ball off of his foot with nobody around on him, which led to a layup. Then he bricked a wide open 3 and subsequently knocked an easy rebound out of Yao's hands with nobody else under the basket. Overall, for a starting 3 in the NBA, he's not giving the Rockets enough production. The sad part of it for us long suffering Rockets' fans is that he has no upside. He's on the decline. He's proven that he's definitely not worth the price we paid to get him here.
