As always, the winning streak will begin.

this happens all the time in Adelman's system, which is called balanced offense :D

The chemistry is terrible right now.

Power struggle between: Adelman vs Yao vs T-mac

Who is gonna be victorious among these three?

Your guess is as good as mine

In adelman system there is no superstar. All players are equal.

I apologize if someone already made this observation on another thread.

It seems as if the Rockets like to compete every other game. We beat Utah, lose to wizards, beat the bucks, lose to raptors, *lose to hawks (a good team, but we competed and it was a close game), lose to the Sixers. It's as if we need a loss every other game to stay motivated and play at a high level.

Boston lost, but worse still looked BULL**** at the end of the game. Tomorrow is going to be hell. If we don't rebound it will easily be our worst loss of the season. I'm not even worried about winning. I'm worried about a loss we'll never recover from.

    Starting 5:
    Pg. Rafer Alston
    Sg. Von Wafer
    Sf. Ron Artest
    Pf. Luis Scola
    C. Yao Ming

    Bench:
    Pg. Aaron Brooks
    Sg. Tracy McGrady
    Sf. Shane Battier
    Pf. Carl Landry
    C. Dikembe Mutumbo

we need lineups similar to this, not exactly, but similar. Adelman never shows emotion, maybe that's why our team is never hype....We didn't feed the post very well this game, McGrady did good, but without Battier and Artest, it wasn't much he could do. Brooks is continuing to shoot bad, hopefully he gets his touch back. Wafer i believe, is the future of this ball club, he has talent that hasn't even been tapped yet, imagine if we focused on him scoring, he'd have 25+ point nights all the time, like seriously, watch the guy play.

Tmac was much more competitive this game- however he cannot move fluidly or quickly which makes him a huge defensive liability and makes him an average offensive player.

Adelman made a good decision to bench Yao at the end of the game. That type of flexibility is key to optimizing our effectiveness.

We're just not good enough right now with two injured key contributors, a third one hobbled by injuries, and a slumping Yao.

it's adelman v. yao AND tmac.

it's obvious in this system, yao and tracy will be play their best ball. in this system, rafer can dominate the ball as much as brooks or yao or scola.

no need to have yao or tracy if you're gonna play like that

Well, they're certainly cutting it close.

Artest and Battier have to be truly healthy when they return. The situation seems more complicated with McGrady, but it's basically the same issue IMO.

I still think they can turn this around, but for now, some of these games are hard to watch.

Yao isn't a cancer. Yao has Coach's back. There is no Yao vs Adelman.

If you've been out of the loop. It's been Morey vs T-Mac, Adelman vs T-Mac, and Rockets players vs T-mac.

You really think there isn't beef between Yao and T-mac personally?

I dream last night about a painful loss of the rockets and it became true. Damn it, GOD, why did you do this to me.

um no. tracy was the ONLY one willing to pass to yao early (nobody else did). yao was the only one willing to pass to tracy in the 3rd. if there is beef, it's rafer v. tracy. rafer didn't even want to pass the ball to tracy.

and adelman basically ignored yao's plea to have a breather.

Didn't we have a four game losing streak before the 22-streak?... Or was it losting 8 of 10 or something last year?

Well, if that is the case, this shouldn't affect Yao Ming's play. I haven't seen Yao play this way in a long time. Heck, he didn't even cheer for his teammates this game. Something is up.
