I think we are playing Yao a bit too much, I think 32-34 minutes is optimal for him.

Deke is averaging only 5 mins. I'm sure he can play for 10 or so.

Good point...I was also addressing one of the reasons that he doesn't have as many shot attempts as some of the other players is that he sometimes passes out of the post too quickly...When is the last time you saw Scola pass back out on a post up? (lol)

great win. but did Yao really need to play such so long? at that one point we had a big lead of 20 points and Yao was still on the court. come on, get him some rest!

^^Yea I agree. They need to cut mins down on Yao. Deke can play a little longer.

I would love to know Coach's reason for giving Deke so few minutes. Im not expecting him to play significant minutes but why sign him if hes not going to play? I

He'll play when the situation dictates it. Like last year.

Thats fair enough but he played a lot more minutes in the regular season all be it with Yao injured. I just feel that we should get him involved before the big games start. We dont wont the big fella feeling rusty!

It's a convincing win but we played Yao too many minutes.
Without T-Mac, our bench will be exposed. I still think the trade does not improve us a lot except giving young guys to develop. I prefer AB to be with the bench to give us more scoring punches. Luckily we have Brent Barry who can play point to control the tempo.

I don't think there is any relationship to trade. It's just one game against a team which doesn't have enough capacity of competition. And it's just one game without Tmac again.

you feel the team more stable when we play defense. It looks more original as a rocket.. And building the confidence we can be one of the contender as well. Good Job rockets

No surprise. it's more easy to win without T-M(not tim duncun:lol). Very strange rule.
