Chase Budinger has the case for MHP (Most Horrible Player) of the season. First time he comes on, he picks up 3 fouls in 7 minutes, whist bricking pretty much all his shots apart from the 1 usual make. rockets go from being up 6 to down 9. Chase goes out. Lowry and starters bring us back into a 10 point lead. Kept it around 10 until T-Mac Knocked a pullup 3 on us. Then Scola went beastmode and destroyed Pistons. Starters performed and Bench sucked outside of Lee & JJ. Budinger, ugh I have to focus on him. Misses a wide open three, then next trip he airballs a pull up J, then he draws a 3 point foul, and misses 2 freethrows. Worst part is the pistons were targetting him while on offense, trying to give the ball to whoever he was guarding, and everyone would blow by him, even T-Mac.
Here are highlights that I made for last night's game: <iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/BA7N0uJUBbA?hd=1" frameborder="0"></iframe>
Great Game Guy's.. Love how the team is Playing Defense Lately btw are there any Clip of CLee Block? and Btw did Somebody Kidnap Chase..? .. I crinch watching when he is the Floor like im Looking at Steve novak Part2..
Lowry is making a strong statement to keep that starting job, and Scola just keeps showing why he should be an All Star.
His confidence is totally shot. Bricking shots all over the place. Even airballed a wide open 12-15 footer. As for defense, bad as usual. I can't find a single positive thing he did on the court last night.
Scola should always from this point forward no matter who the Rockets get be a primary focus on offense!
chase was awful brad miller had one of the more comically terrible games ever we missed about 59 layups and shot a ridiculously poor % in the 1st half rip hamilton rage quit near the end of the 2nd quarter we played a lot better at the end to pull away, and when TMac got called for the 2 quick fouls near the end the whole Pistons team seemed to completely give up. on an interesting aside, clutch has a new toy, or at least its the first time i had seen it and its basically an automatic ball launcher. shooting 5-10 balls out at the pull of a lever...pretty entertaining.
Match up. They were having reasonable success posting Prince on Battier so Adelman countered with Jefferies hoping his length would bother Prince a little bit more.
