Weathered that 3rd quarter storm PERFECTLY. Carl Landry's 3-point play was the spark that kept the momentum in Houston's hands for the rest of the game.
Besides being incredibly proud of our team, I have come to another conclusion: the Lakers do not have the heart of a champion. They may be long, big, talented, and pretty, but they don't have the grit, the toughness, the determination to be champions. So, I think the Rockets should just go ahead and beat them. The West needs to represented by a team with heart.
Question to people who watch more non-Rockets NBA games than me: Is there any other team in the league that would bring the Lakers to a game 7 in the playoffs even with missing their 2 best players? Is there even a team that plays harder game in, game out??
thats true?? if it is , that just shows that what the rockets are acomplishing this season , and especially agains the lakers is incredible really historic. espn should be talking about it
None. It seems as a key player goes out this team reinvents itself it is an entity that learns how to heal itself and comes out stronger.
All I want to say to those guys is CONGRATULATIONS. As RA mantiones, those guys didn't deserve to end that series like that. I am amazed and proud. We showed heart and what is more important, nobody is picking LA now to win it all.
Solid You said it perfectly...Houston has HEART...LAKERS have none...nor did they have it last year... The West Needs the Rockets...and not Kobe...
