i've never been impressed neither by LJ23, sincerely he is a great player, but Battier can stop him Shaq is old and done, bad trade for Cleveland the only eastern team who can beat the rockets are the Celtics they play the best defense in the league, and play every single game like a finals one go rockets
lol...this game really showed us what heart, hustle and determination can do to a team. Cavs are far superior in terms of talent, and we won, not by a couple of points, but by a significant margin. An old saying that never gets old: 'NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE HEART OF A CHAMPION'!!!!!!!!
what can they say..i dont even have to look at their forum and i can see every post starting with "REF sucks REF sucks REF sucks REF sucks"
Yeah, Shaq just clogs up the lane for them, takes away good shots from the rest of the team, when fouled makes only half of his free throws, can't contribute much on defense when fast guards like Aaron get by him.
27 Points 7 Assists 6 Rebounds 8-21 FG 9-10 FT I wouldn't say we shut him down. More like we shut down Shaq and Mo Williams
okay okay i was on the cavs forum and i read this http://www.cavfanatic.com/go/thread/view/3816/21959013/Is_this_why_we_loose_to_the_sucky_teams i dont even want to know what this guy's IQ is or what hes smoking ive seen some stupid stuff on here but come on.. really..
Haha on the cavs forum they're talking about how much clyde drexler sucks at commentating: what was funny was the houston announcers were saying " lebron looks average tonight out there" LOL i have never heard any nba analist state that That was Cyde Drexler. And he most the night all he did was praise Lebron. He is a horrible announcer!! I had to put it on mute during most the game I think thats pretty funny.
SteelSmack "Forcing the league's hand is the only way we'll get respect, we've won plenty of games where the refs have done a great job of helping the other team, that's gotten us no respect. This year - for whatever reason - has been a horrible year from a "call" standpoint. We just aren't getting calls, which is terrible considering we have 2 HOF players out there. Will we look like doucebags to the average fan? Sure, but I don't care about the average fan. ESPN points out what a joke the officiating was and the league has to warn refs that they need to give us some calls. It's becoming all too common that we get the short end of the calls, just look at the PF and FT +/-s compared to last year." So what he is trying to say is that just because you have Hall of Famers, you should get calls?
I like Morey's strategy of beating the Cavs so many times that Lebron feels he needs to come here to be successful.
This game showed the differences in the quality of coaches too. Rick Adelman vs Mike *coughBrownCough* One coach got himself thrown out and it didn't motivate his team. One coach got 1 technical and it helped fire up the offense a bit.
from MiamiVice: "Couldve made a better push for Ariza for one, there are better PGs out there than who we traded for, and the coach doesn't help much."
Rockets just OWN the Cavs. Only thing missing from this game was a Rocket doing the dance. So wanted to see AB do it while going to the free throw line to ice it.
