I'm getting really sick of Wafer jacking up shots every opportunity he gets. 13 shots in 19 minutes of play.

Wafer you're not Michael Jordan.

I love Wafer, but he has fallen in love with his jumper; time to sit him down and give him a reality check.

I saw a lineup at one point in the game that I have been wanting to see: Yao, Brooks, Lowry, Artest, and Scola. I don't have the numbers, but they played well while they were together and seemed effective. Did you guys see that, and what do you think? Defensively that lineup likely has some drawbacks, but I liked it offensively. Brooks and Lowry really seem to play well off of each other.

I'd do it in a heartbeat. Gay can't play a lick of defense, but neither can Tmac. And hopefully we re-sign Artest so Gay doesn't have to shoulder the load on offense like Tmac had to in the past because Gay doesn't have the ability to do so. The team we have assembled now is good enough to win in the 1st and maybe 2nd round of the playoffs, but not good enough to be an elite team. All we need is another explosive scorer that can have games capable of 30+ points and Gay can fulfill that role. Ideally, if we were able to trade Tmac for Vinsanity this season I say the Rockets would be an elite team.

Something that works for 4 minutes may not work for 40 minutes. It's all situational , and that 's what coaches are there to do. Put the right player (s) in for the situation.

What Wafer reminds me is a poor man's version of Kirk Snyder.

I don't know why Ra play him that much in favor of Barry.

I think the problem is that he's not hitting them regularly these days. We want him to take those open 3's if they are within the flow of the offense. Sometimes he forces a few up, that's understandable. It's the unforced turnovers and bad decisions which can lead to quick points the other way that he needs to stay away from. The dribbling into double teams, going 1 on 3 or 4, taking difficult shots that is not within his realm of doing...

I saw that lineup, though I though it was Landry not Scola.

If Battier can get his 3p shooting back, I still think our starting lineup is our best rotation. I believe Battier will get the funk out of his system just in time for the playoff.

Great win. Let's keep it rolling with another win over Denver.
