No disrespect to Luis either because he is a warrior, but Patterson adds another dimension to this team: a defensive presence that Luis just do not possess. Even better, we can see Patterson growing by leaps and bounds in his new starter role.
chuck is playing great laterly, also does lowry, we have hopes again but next game will truly determine what this team is made of. always a disappointment after a surprise, let's see what happens next game
Okay guys, I give. I've been supporting tanking all season, but I'm getting off the "tank" wagon, and joining the "Playoffs" one. This game convinced me that the Rockets are good enough for the playoffs.
Portland one, because it's tough to beat Portland in Portland and we beat them quite easily. As far as Boston goes, we all know that this was not even real Boston team. Portland was trying harder than Boston and still could not touch us.
blow this team up. Lowry is getting up there in age at 24. Scola can't stay healthy. Martin can only score and does nothing else, unlike the superstar Carmelo who is an awesome defender. Chuck hayes is 6'6 and Morey can't draft. Signed, the houston media. Where we won't talk Rockets ball when they win, but we will kick them in the cojones every time they lose and remind them that they don't have a superstar and that the fuhrer, rick, should give his unconditional surrender. On a serious note,It was fun to see KG and all his douchbaggery covering his face with his hands. Love how chuck would not let that guy intimidate him.
no doubt, that announcer sounded like a feminine hygiene product all right. Clyde seemed less annoying than usual tonight. He had some good things to say....heck, I almost liked him pretty well as an announcer even.
Patterson needs to start till the end of the season. Luis can be valuable off the bench, once he gets healthy. I'm glad that Hill is doing better as well.
The Rockets front office should keep trade talks as silent as possible and tell PatPat to study Luis like he has to take the MCATs. When PatPat has learned to dance like scola...trade Luis for a good center. I hate to say it because I'm an avid Scola fan, admire his toughness end energy, and I love all he has done for the team, but we are rebuilding with fresh, young legs like those of Pat Pat.
He wasn't already? The Nets' infatuation with him has to have him on the block somewhat. Would be nice to grab Lopez from them somehow.
