They've been having this game at 2pm the last couple of years.

It's one of the games I actually look forward to. Somewhat..

Kenny Thomas makes this day for me.

The Bucks have never won at the Staples Center.

Good Lord. Hill goes 4 for 10 and some of you guys think he's getting it together.

By the way, Brooks with another egg. Like I said, about 1 out of 3 games he goes off and then follows it by a stinker and a so-so game.

brooks isn't 100% healthy. He's playing way worse than he did last year. There's a lot of rust, and he's probably playing through soreness which is why he isn't as agressive as before.

hes a playoff gunner. which is really why I love aaron brooks.

if he blows it up this year, all it means it'll be hard to keep him in free agency. I wouldn't mind if brooks has 100 eggs this season, all it means it more lottery balls

I made my annual pilgrammage to the T-Center while visiting my folks today - fun game. Great seats, row 6, never been out of the upper deck here.
    - Martin was straight up unstoppable coming off the curls which more than atoned for Maggette pwning him on the other side.

-Lowry and Brooks kind of sucked but I guess it didn't matter, though seeing Earl Boykins make the Rox look bad was mildly depressing.

    - the thud when Hill hit the floor after the flagrant by Gooden was nasty, weird because Gooden doesn't seem like a thug out there or anything. Overall Hill looked gawky and awkward just like on TV.

    - Bell Biv DeVoe performed "Poison" at halftime. Really.

It was a good 4/10. He missed a tip in in traffic so he is really 4/9 with a 44%FG which is respectable in the NBA. In a game like this where the Rockets only needed to shoot 37% to win I will take 40% shooting from anyone except Martin.

    Brooks 1/8, Lowry 2/9, and Lee 0/3.

I was at the game. Brutal & ugly first half. We picked it up in the second half. Lowry could have had 10 assists if our players hit their shots.

That was a sweet YMCA game they showed this afternoon on Fox Houston!

At least Martin and later Scola got it going offensively.

Though we got the win we did play horribly in the early part of the fourth quarter, by missing nine of our first ten shots. Against a good team we would lose cause they would go on a run, which is what has happened in the past against Utah and New Orleans. We were fortunate tonight the Bucks had nothing going so that even though we only had a 19 point fourth quarter they were not able to score much either.

Didn't get to watch the game, but happy about the WIN! Read that Martin asked for a new ball at halftime haha.

Those interviews were awkward indeed. Scola is so awesome and always tells it like it is. Probably why he only got one question lol.

A source close to me(post game show) said that it was Martin who asked for the bball to be changed after the first half..the rest was history.

It's not that they can't play defense without a big man it's that it's a numbers game. Sure for any given quarter or any given game they can play with anyone but over the long run not only do your perimeter players get tired but the odds are against you. That's why they can blow out the Lakers in the playoffs one day and lose by 30 the next day. A defense anchored by an elite defensive big man is the only consistent defense.
