This win is for Deke and Tmac. Honestly, our players with the biggest hearts. I know they wanted us out of first round as much as the next guy.

I really wish they were with us against the Lakers.

    Shane+Artest > Kobe
    Yao > Bynum
    Scola/Landry = Pau
    Lowry/Brooks = Fisher

Its going to be a real battle, but we can do it...

I'm just glad to be out of first round!!!

Props to RonRon and AB. Ron stepped up big time and AB played under control. Lowry, Landry and Wafer played great in the 2Q to set the tone for the game. Yao played solid to beat the fronting.

Great game. Now bring on the Fakers!

Matt Bullard called the Blazers an uptempo team lol. The slowest paced team the league.

Not quite, he's defense is still suspect like ron said. Plus a lot of his offense comes off of jumpshots from picks, which isn't bad basketball wise, but it can be shut down with the right defensive players. He wont be up there until his D improves some and he's able to score better in the perimeter without picks.

Congratulations to the whole team and the coaching staff! I can't believe it. It's been 12 years since we made it past the first round.
    Ron Artest Wow!

They did it for Deke. They did it for all of us.
A special thanks to the Clutch Crew and everyone on ClutchFans. Without all of you I couldn't have gotten through it.

    GO HOUSTON ROCKETS!

Not to be Debbie Downer but I just saw the box score, Artest shot 3-11 threes. Way too many 3s, don't think that's real smart bball.

I grew lots of gray hair because of Rockets. Finally, we win a must win game and took care of business. Both team were nervous, the big difference - bench. Lowry/Wafer/Landry in the second quarter, and then Wafer's first basket in the fourth to stop the Blazers' mini run was huge.

What a win, not pretty, but what a great feeling to win something meaningful. Now, it's time to beat the Lakers!

Well, that's Ron. He doesn't play smart basketball. But he had a good game tonight. He finally drove to the rim more, less of his dribbling and wasted shots. Although he did jack up the threes.

    good game by him though.

I'm so happy we moved on! Go Rockets! AMAZING!!!!
