I think some of you guys are obviously unaware of how well the Bobcats have been playing of late. This was a good road win for the Rox.
Artest can go in the off-season, that's 1 Yao needs to get 10-20-30 shots per game, that's 2 AB is not the PG of the future and Lowry needs to start, that's 3 Battier should never ever start in this league, that's 4 Barry should get more minutes, that's 5 RA is stubborn and is going to cost us a first round series, that's 6 AB and Lowry on the floor is not good, that's 7 Scola is the man, that's 8 Hayes needs to play only in desperate situations, that's 9 Wafer needs to learn to stick with his man, that's 10 Yao proved he can still shoot the three, although his foot was inside / on the line, but who cares #11 !!! P.S. If Yao does not get block of the day on NBA.com it's clear Yao gets no love. Also his three should be the play of the day
Everyone is saying we dont have a go-to guy. Well we do. Luis Scola. He always has 10+ rebounds, get him the ball within 17 ft of the basket HE WILL SCORE, whether its his tricky lay ups or his 15 fter jump shot he IS A GO TO GUY!
wow that's stupid analysis. We could have won this game much easier if Ron hadn't forced to play one on one.
YAo are lucky to shoot that 3,but we should find that AB plays the ball and doesnt want to pass until he find he cant shoot!!!!!! Ron should go to bench when he wants to play 1-5
A lucky win for us. Poor game decision by ron in the final minute. Someone gotta tell Artest in his face that he is not Kobe nor James...Very bad game execution at the end of the game.
great block at the end by Artest.. not many players have the balls to go for a block when the opponent is shooting a 3 in a 3pt game. gambled and won this time.
To counter that double of Yao late in the game, Adelman is going to have to bring Yao out to the high post and use him as a screener and/or let him shoot the jumper from out there as an option. The team needs to practice that along with having Yao take those mid-range jumpers in rhythm. He doesn't shoot the jumper that well in games because he doesn't get a steady diet of them. I'm confident if he does shoot them in practice he'll start making them in games.
Ron made the game diffuclt by a couple of questionable plays, so that he can save the day at the end.
To quote the guy at the last page of the game thread that called artest an idiot for not running out the clock. we were up 3, artest had a wide open lane, wallace was trailing just behind him, if he becomes the idiot and loses the ball because of a) slippery shoes b) slippery floor c) butterfingers d) he just feels like it than wallace wouldve stolen it with about say 2 seconds? than he would either call time out (if they had one) or shoot it up from half court. anything is possible, he couldve tied it with a half court three so HA artest is not an idiot for scoring and putting as up by 5 so either way we'd win by 2 or 3 if they made their last shot!
