As big of a win this is for our confidence we beat a team that jsut lost in O.T to the Bobcats.

When we lose our next game all of you fans will turn on the team again.

There are still many flaws in this team. Yao doesn't get enough touches. That was evident when Brooks and Alston were running plays for themselves instead of utilising our strength.
We need to stop ignoring the weakness we have with Scola on the floor. He cannot defend one-on-one. Sure he gives us some hustle plays, but when his jump shoot is not on, he is a non-factor. If Chuck Hayes could finish around the rim, I will be all for him getting the starting spot again.

I love it when we lose and the members here can't say anything positive, then when we win we are flawless.

For some unknown reason Yao usually plays better on the 2nd game of back to backs.

Ron brings the attitude of toughness. He gives hard fouls and don't back down to anyone. That's why I wanted him. Oh yeah, he can score a little too.

Fully agreed. Coash A must be flexible with rotation of players. When the opponent team is shooting lights out in the paint area (Sixers' game), a player like Hayes to strengthen the defense intensity might be valid.

Who can tell me why Artest is playing so aggressively and getting personal tonight? I got to say I love his way of playing.

As long as T-Mac and Rafer stays on the bench this team can win!

Bottom line, a good game by either point guard (15+ pts, 6+ assists, 5+ rbs) usually equal victory. One of you stat professionals check out our winning percentage when PG's perform.

Also limiting the number of jump shoots we take with a hand in our face shooting with the shot clock running down.

I kind of notice this, too. JVG ever said Yao is not a plug and play guy, he needs some warm-up. Yao and the coach need to work on this a bit.

lucky win, boston is tired late of game recently, rox is still playing bad defense and offensely yao is getting way less chances, guards are doing horrible job to pass ball to yao, especially yao is so hot tonight.

but still rox need a win badly, hopefully we can build on this win to get some confidence back

Brooks outplayed Rondo completely. He has a lot more potential than Rondo.

Rondo has the speed, but he is at best an average passing PG with no shooting abilities. I don't know why but he reminds me of a faster, more polished version of Alston.

Brooks is something else, though people say Brooks is simply an undersized SG, I disagree completely. He is learning how to make smart decisions, and taking full advantage of his athletism.

Brooks despite having skills that resemble A.I, will probably never become like him. Though one thing Brooks does do is make the team better.

Yao should still study from TMac to find the reason why he played better in the 2nd b2b? I don't understand why you said this. Care to elaborate?

Brooks made a big case tonight for being the starter on this team. He made some bone headed plays like that baseline drive and crappy pass out of bounds but he made a lot of very nice plays. Adelman needs to realize that Brooks is better...if not, I'll just lose what little respect I have for him as the the Rox coach.
