Yes, it's quite slowly to connect BBS from China, somebody should update server hardware, because the rocket has at least 10 millions fans in China.
No love for Hayes? Hayes totally detroyed KG's confidence. And it made Boston's offense out of sync. I hope Coach A do not forget what happend tonight. When the other teams PFs kill us, bring in Hayes for 10 minutes to distrup their rythsm.
Give Brooks team-responsibility and starter's minutes and he responds. He's done it all season in a starter's role. Von Wafer really earned his rocket-boosters tonight.
Hayes was not good tonight he was GREAT on D. He is a situational player and is amazing against teams with a post up player, not so much out on the perimeter. He killed KG...KG kept trying to back him down and Hayes didn't budge an inch. DD
It's the tough defense in the 4th quarter that make us win the games.I wish to see more in the future. Tonight's hero-Yao and Wafer.Still appreciations to Artest, Brooks and Hayes.
That's right. We just need the win as badly as the Celtics. Thanks for the Rockets as a whole. They played D and hustled all night. Fantastic play, Yao. Great play, Wafer and Brooks. Great play Ron. I could take the losses to the mediocre teams and would be more joyed by the win against the elites PS: Clutch, it took me more than 4 or 5 mins to send a reply ... The power of Clutchfans
Pissed they were. And it was great. And if you look back, you'll see that those fouls, were actually fouls. Straight up hard fouls. None were dirty, for they all seemes aimed at stopping the ball. Clean, but hard. I know I saw a thread earlier about Battier and what a difference maker he is. And as you can see, its true. One player CAN make a difference. Like someone mentioned earlier, the identity of this team should be defense. What's the point of playing mind-boggling offense if we lose? If you ask me, I'd rather see an ugly a** game, but a win. A win's a win.
That was just a great win. Dare, I say it... but that was akin to the Orlando victory last season where Alston hits the layup to go up 2, and eventually win the game by 2. Then we proceed to go on our hot streak that ended in the 22 game win streak. I'm not saying we're going to win 22 in a row again... but this is the type of victory that gets the team back on track. We have a couple of tough games, but we also have a couple of gimmes like the Knicks and Thunder. And we're going to start playing at home more.
Yao does not play well against run and gun teams. Yesterday the team was trying to outmatch the sixers in this department.
They read this article on nba.com and decided enough is enough... but soon I'm hoping we won't see the usual lack of effort against the bad teams. Time will only tell.
von deserves more money this was the greatest game ever a battle of epic proportions a battle of good and evil a battle of love and hate feelsss greatttttttttttttttttttttttttt i wish they were in housotn for an after party
This team is better without an injured-Tmac. In fact, i think we're find with the lineup of Yao Scola Artest Battier and Brooks (YES Brooks, not that non-factor Rafer). When is this coach going to wake up and realize Rafer is the weakest link at the PG position. Why do they keep insisting using Rafer as the starting PG. I mean he's so inconsistent....he may have great shooting nights but MOST of the NIGHTS his numbers are always like 1/7, 2/8, 3/9, 3/11 or something like that.....i am just sick of why the coach think he's a good player?? Sure he can handle the ball, pass better and play better D, but does it make much of difference when it comes to winning game?? Seriously, if you start Brooks, he helps the Rockets more than for his lack of other skills in which Rafer maybe better.
