Brooks and Artest are afraid to pass it too Yao..two blazers are hanging off Yao every play...it's easier to take it to the basket or pass it to Scola or Landry for a wide open jumper...
I agree people shouldn't be cussing but just cause our status is "Rookie" doesn't mean we know jack about basketball. It means we just joined this forum and not the day we start watching the NBA.
I agree. Ron surprisingly played under controlled game today. He might have taken may be 2 or 3. In the first half he made good decision on moving the ball to weak side on several plays.
How embarassing. We finally get national tv time, and more than half of the questions and answers were in chinese. It'd be nice if the media actually knew Yao had wit.
I undersatnd and your right but why fight back just say what you need to say and let it go. Theres no place on this forum for racism and cussing if you want that go to Spurstalk.com.....Man they can say whatever they want over there. I understand when we all get mad and like I do I say arse and f..k...Its just cleaner that way and I'm not directing it at another poster
Blake has had 1 decent game out of 3. Brooks has been the most consistent Rocket in this series. Sorry about the name calling, but I thought the "hate" was out of line.
By the way, I don't really like Wafer's shot selection in 2nd half. What is he thinking? He was absolutely out of control.
lol. yao did not put any blame on anybody when he was asked if no one passed him the ball when he was open. but later, when he was asked in chinese, he said that players were not passing and taking stupid shots. nice one yao.
lol I feel you on the deadly shooter, but he is pretty consistent with his mid range J. I'm confident when he shoots it. He hit a big one in the 4th qt. Landry also, he has improved his mid range Jumper.
Yeah, I thought the Rockets really dictated how the game was played. Adelman might want the team to be more efficient, but overall he should be pretty satisfied with how the players are following his game plan. I really like the tone that this game has set for the homestand, and predict a slightly easier win on Sunday.
what a relief in the end! our defense improved a lot, but offense is still a bit of an issue. offensively, our 1st qtr = 2nd > 3rd >>>> 4th. surprisingly battier carried the load on offense in the 2nd half. had he not hit that loooooog 3, the game could've different. yao didn't play well offensively. he needs to raise his level of play in the remaining games. 7pts is unacceptable no matter what. landry played much better in his minutes. scola, wafer and battier stood out. ron and lowry was okay. and ab hasn't changed. they probably won't practice too much tomorrow since game 4 is on sunday. maybe some film sessions. offense still has room to gt better. one thing i didn't understand was why adelman took out lowry when he's playing well. he always goes back to his starters in the last 5 minutes it seems.
none of those stats work on rockets. Remember when we were up 2-0 against dallas or won the fifth game against utah? yeah
I do the same thing with landry everytime he shoots but he hits that 15 ft shot where last year it was inconsistent.
Why do people always blame Tmac...he was playing with a bunch of scrubs...old washed up has bends...and JVG offense didn't help either...you can't fault his effort.. he gave 110%..people forget we were starting David Wesley, Ryan Bowen, Juwan Howard...there so much a man can do...no even Lebron are Kobe could get out the first round with that lineup...It's not his fault he was on a bunch of crappy teams...look at the personel...
