crazy game freakin brewer the guy is terrible and makes that shot would have been pissed if this was like the game that would come back to haunt the team later in the future. the game really changed though in the 2nd quarter andersen commited 3 stupid fouls on gomes that resulted in 3pt plays which totally turned the momentum and got the rockets into the penalty really early. good thing they have a day off in houston today before the heat tomorrow
I was surprised that Luis only played 32 minutes. He was 6-9 from the field, had 3 assists and 2 steals, and just 2 TOs. More to the point, I thought we played better when he was in. You're right about the bench being awful, not playing this badly as a group in ages. You're wrong about rocketsjudoka, who was unable to see the game, but does know the Rockets and basketball. Maybe Morey wanted Rick to showcase some players. A look at the minutes might give a clue as to who, if that was the reason.
It was a great game, something I noticed about Scola, even on the bench, he was up cheering for the team, I wish they could teach the heart & hustle he has to other players, not necessarly on our team, but all NBA players. Hopefully no triple overtime on Friday
Oh i was VERY surprised the Scola wasnt in there. I dont think Landry had an outstanding game by any means but i think maybe RA thought Landry could do a better job defensively on Gomes. I think Gomes may have been to quick for Scola.
It would be crazy playing the Heat in a multiple OT game. we are luck enough to pull it out and win such a close game,proud of our boys again. there is a question bother me a lot,why coach adleman don't play scola more minutes,if so we could finish this game without OT.
