I agree. Not only that, but if T-Mac had played, flowers would wilt, kittens would cry, and then the world would implode.

The game was refreshingly enjoyable because it was generally fairly officiated.

Well I called it...Nash with his matador Defense allows Brooks to go off...and Brooks proceeded to imitate Nash as best he can :(

9 games in 2 years, how much would that affect his stats. Like I said, why would they let him get voted in to the all star game; why would they let him have season highs in blocks, and why would they let him win against Howard and Shaq. Why just take away his stats, why not call a foul? Why let his team, without McGrady, win?

That is sweat. At least Utah won't have HCA in 1st round.

great win. AB is incredible. All the players are awesome. I'll give my praise to yao. He played for really long time today and did an excellent job on defense.

Because they can't cheat that much without being openly detected.

9 games in 2 years is only what I counted once I started noticing the phenomenon. They also did it is this game a 10th game, where he clearly outplayed Shaquille O'Neal statswise, if you factor in the 5 blocks. They have probably done it in most of the games of his career. Yao's shotblocking per game stats should probably be much, much, higher. He should be in the top 5, even with only about 33 minutes per game this year. Because of the cheating refs and Yao being cheating and wronged by the scorekeeper undercounting his stats, Yao has not been allowed to reach his full potential as a basketball player, he has only been allowed to become a good center, and not a great center. He is a much better player
than his play on the court and his stats would indicate.

The truth is already out there now, you don't have to try and hide it. It's useless now, people know now.

Have you been following this team at all? Unfair officiating on Yao has been a guarantee throughout his career, tonight notwithstanding. Even the laid-back Yao himself got pissed off and told the media about it. Where there's smoke, there's fire.

Its hard to say we need a Billups or Kidd type. I mean between them they have 1 ring. Parker has 3 himself. Thats not the entire argument but i definitely dont want Kidd. Let Brooks have a few more weeks before you assume he's just going to be a Parker or Harris. He's really quick so he blows by his guy, you are not going to say Billups/Kidd are really quick. He's just using his strengths right now.

unlike some of you, I wont let this rockets win make me think the rockets are with the elite teams.. WE HAVENT BEATEN ANYONE SINCE THE RAFER TRADE, BUT UNDER ACHIEVING TEAMS.. when we beat teams like utah, new orleans, spurs, and lakers and then i may think otherwise

I don't have access to the game, but I believe you. The whole organization encourages this BS and Stern always looks the other way.

I can't believe ur saying the cheating refs and the scorekeepers are influencing Yao from being a great center. Are you his cousin or something? Shaq has always been tough to referee, same with Yao. Its impossible for these six foot and under referees to understand what these incredibly large men are going through in the paint. Bullard was talking about this earlier this week. Most refs have never played or didnt play down low. The refs aren't cheating, they do it to all big men. Yao is the only thing keeping him from being a great center.
