Whether or not I'm Chinese is irrelevant, what' right is right, what's wrong is wrong. That has nothing to do with this issue. I could be an alien, but I know what's wrong when I see it. I recognize prejudice and bias when I see it. Doing this is wrong, and shouldn't be done. This is not a matter of Chinese or American, but a matter of right and wrong. If you were halfway decent people, and worth your salt, you would just admit it, instead of defending it by lying about people and covering it up. By the way, I am not Chinese, and yes, I am a White Guy, from a farm, in Iowa, plus I am a Republican. These stats, (or lack thereof), will be used to keep Yao out of the Hall of Fame come the end of his career. An occurrence that the ruling status quo I'm sure will be only too happy to do. Even though Yao is a good enough player to get into the Hall of Fame, and among all human beings, probably has a top 10 body in the whole human race, along with guys like Dwight Howard and stuff. And if they deliberately undercounted, his blocks per game stats, who knows what other stats they also undercounted. And your argument that they probably undercounted other players stats also as well as Yao is probably untrue, as we both know, and as all the other posters reading this thread now, because the other players, with the exception of 2 more in the NBA, are not of the WRONG race and nationality, so to speak. Well...at least finally the cat's out of the bag, and the truth is finally out there about what the scorekeepers are doing to him as well.
Well...at least finally the cat's out of the bag, and the truth is finally out there about what the scorekeepers are doing to him as well. Denials or no denials, lies or no lies.
You got it, the truth is out there, you uncovered the deep and dark secrets of the NBA (the malpractice of the statisticians and the racism of the referees, but ONLY towards Yao) Let the truth be heard You should take a stand and send videos and emails to the commissioners office like Mark Cuban does. When you do let me know how it goes.
But, as a great man once said, "...but what you whisper in back rooms will be shouted from the rooftops...". And the wrongs that people are doing to other people had to come out sometime and be exposed and be made known to light, no matter how badly some people tried or try to hide it. Because it is wrong it had to come out sometime and be revealed and be made known to light. it was only a matter of time, and only a matter of time before someone discovered it.
I don't have too, God will take care of the rest. As a great man once said, "...as ye sow, so shall ye reap...".
i dont know if this was posted but here you go... its the highlights of tonights game. http://www.nba.com/video/partners/2...002080023_short_recap.nba/whatsnew/index.html
Haha looks like Yao was the PG this game and AB was the SG. Seriously, he attempted 20 shots, and Yao had 6 assists! Interesting.
I'm sick of the Aaron Brooks isn't a "true" point guard around here. First of all AB would have had 5 or 6 assists if the team wasn't ice cold in the first quarter. And at least one of his turnovers was a charging foul. Furthermore, he is passing the ball and going to Yao. Tonight he knew he had the mismatch with nash lacking the quickness to stop him and attacked. that's smart ball. Yao conversely was facing the one player who can bother him one on one. not to mention they did double at times and that's how he got 6 assists. Also those of you clamoring for lowry at the point would start bashing him as soon as he went into a shooting slump or had a few high turnover games. Plus he is not a 3 pt threat and with shane struggling, you can't have artest as the only perimeter shooter. Lastly, that is why you deal rafer alston. Alston can only wish he could score like AB tonight and it's not like he would have stopped nash.
First, I would say Yao is a great center. Second, even if race were a factor, which I don't think it is, its certainly wouldn't be the only thing keeping him from being a BETTER center. Is he perfect? no. Does he get the calls he should? No... but that's been true of a lot of big men...I guess when it was happening to Hakeem way back when it was because of Race and Nationality too? No.
