yeah, they came close, but think about this. AB is a better free-throw shooter than Yao. although yao HAS shot WAYYY more....but, here's the 2nd part...if we get it to our guard (yes, we got it to one, and he happens to be our best FT guard), the guard can take the ball and run more time out. who better to do that than AB?

Ah, good call. Clyde seems incompetent.

I dont get it...why didnt Adelman play Mutombo? He could throw both Nene and Martin out of the game with his blocks, rebounds, and elbows.
well..maybe he's too tired from his flight, and i hope he enjoys the inauguration tomorrow.

And what's this with Barry? Did he intentiionally foul Martin to put him on the line when we were up by 2?

Brent Barry is hands down our best 3pt shooter and maybe even FT shooter although he doesn't get to the line much. The 3 from Wafer and back to back shots from Brooks really gave us momentum. Wafer however was poor on D and his shots weren't goin through in the beginning.

Great game. Great win by the Rockets. We could've easily lost this game. Yao hit big shots in the end but still had two costly turnovers when he got stripped-he needs to stop that from happening. Wafer-we have found a future star in this guy and overall Scola, Rafer and Brooks played well for us. But Adelmann just seems to amaze me with his dumb coaching. Why not have Wafer in the last few minutes instead of an injured Battier out there? I don't get it. You go with the guy who's hot and Coach George Karl ran a great play there at the end.

Why can't Adelmann write up plays like that?? This game could've have went into overtime if Martin had made his FTs there or made the shot when Brent fouled him. I'll take the win but there's still lots of work to be done when we get Tmac and Artest back on board.

Nice win! Thank god the officials made up for the bad calls on Yao, and nice to see him get emotional about it by pickin up that T. I'd give player of the game honors to VON WAFER bcuz he's playing out of his mind!!!!!

7 secs to go, Rockets up by 2 point. Denver inbound pass to Billup who find the cutting Martin. Martin tries to go up for layup but Berry wisely fouled him.

Martin missed the 1st free throw and missed 2nd one intentionally hoping to get a offensive rebound, but Yao was able to come up with a steal. Rockets win 115-113.

Chick Ref called a bull**** travelling foul, Yao kissed her, got a T and a potential sexual assault charge

Martin drove in for an easy looking bucket, got fouled and was almost an And 1. But the ball came out.

It seems that Yao actually stole the ball from one of the Nuggets in the last play.

man I wouldn't have passed it to Yao in that play, with the ****tier then usual reffing on Yao today, they could've taken a bite on Yao's arm and knocked the ball loose for a breakaway without a foul called.

Horrible call on Nene. I hate to see a bad call on a potential game winner but if Yao had been officiated fairly the game would have been over before it came to that.

Horrible game by the Rockets but nobody gives them credit for moral victories when they play well and lose so I'll tip my hat to them for this win.

dont forget barry making a good foul on Kenyon to deny the dunk!! That was a risky, but smart play.
