I think the j*zz announcing team is a lot worse, which is saying something, because Denver's is bad!

we control our own destiny. we just have to win out the remaining 2 games. that's a pre-requisite. then hope the blazers beat the nuggets (which i think they can).

#2 here we come! may have to play dallas or utah after all.

man, the Rockets almost snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory once again.

only two games out, the Rockets control their destiny; it doesn't matter what San Antonio or Portland does.

however, i'd rather have the Rockets face the Hornets (possibly without Chandler) in the first round, than a rejuvenated Mavs team. it would also be nice for the Lakers to have to go through Utah and Portland before they face Houston, although Portland or San Antonio would be the best second round match for the Rockets.

hope youre right, i think i would rather play DAL than utah. but i see utah going 3-0 and Dal going 2-1 (losing to us), so i think utah ends up as 6. now hopefully denver loses to portland and we get the 2 seed. i think at this point it looks like we will be playing either uth or dallas.

Matchups will undoubtedly matter, but Deke brings rebounding, defense and experience. Remember the absence of Deke against the Jazz in Game 7 two seasons ago proved fatal.

I have us playing Spurs in the first round as the number 4 seed. I dont like this scenario because if we win the series we will have to play the Lakers in round two. It'd be nice to avoid them until the wcf.

how am i kidding you?? You dont think our offense suffered because we lost Ron? surely it had some kind of impact and wasnt just brooks' fault... and in tight situations he comes through alot more times than he doesnt, is that not true? So how am i kidding?

It's not just Brooks' fault,Ron complicated things with his poor shooting and fouling out. However Kyle had the steadier hand and was pulled out when we needed him.
I'm not saying that Brooks doesn't deserve credit for coming through in the end.

If we play a team with great PG, we should have either Artest or Battier guarding him instead of Brooks, he sucks. He's like Bibby, great shooter but can't play D. That's why Adelman use Bobby Jackson more during crunch time because he play defense. So i am not surprise if Lowry gets more minutes come Playoffs time.

How many times did Brooks miss the open Scola. Dude does not have the vision of other pg's. Good win but why the struggle to put away a depleted team?

Struggled to the finish line barely escape. Their scrubs look like superstar against bad defense. We'll probably won't see Barry in playoff, he a turnover machine and automatic brick at 3pt line.

so can you tell me what is the PG's basic job? score more points?
yes i agree with you about our offense suffered because we lost Ron, but why is so difficult to win the crab GS ? just because we lost ron?

A PG's job is to make good decision in terms of passing the ball to the man that is open. See plays develop ahead of time and pass the ball...timely...and i MEAN timely because if you're one second late, your pass could be intercepted or your teammate is not open anymore. This is the main reason why Aaron Brooks deserve criticism because his decisions making is horrible.

The ONLY reason he's starting is because he's a deadly shooter...that's it...everything else about him SUCK ball...from defense to court vision to passing to decision making.

That's not the best part. Actually, the best part is if Utah beat Spurs so we secure homecourt and Lakers beat Portland. Now we're screwed, we have to beat Dallas at Dallas to get homecourt or we will drop to #5 seed.
