AB looks like he's becoming quite the special player. i think last years playoffs has helped him alot and i've been really impressed with his decision making skills early on in the season. keep it up!

    oh and go rockets!

Awesome win tonight. If ariza becomes a big scorer that's just gravy. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Man, I look at that Portland lineup and can't see how we could possibly beat them. And with the refs cheating for them, too! Way to work, Rockets!

Even a more athletic version of Battier would be nice to have.

I think most us expected AB to score but his play making skills are improving. The biggest surprise is Ariza, so far he is playing both end of the court. He may not be flashy but he can score.

If those 2 continue at this pace, we will make the playoffs but 3 games in, we look good. We got plenty of games left. The only thing I am worried about is rebounds.

Twas a great win tonight. I did enjoy the 33 points by Ariza. Who was it again that said Ariza wouldnt average 20ppg this season. I think with the confidence that the coaches show in him, he can only get better.

Once again Oden looked lost. I still dont think he will turn into anything great. I think this team will continue to keep a winning record until T-Mac comes back, then they should up the anti a bit and probably secure the 6th seed by the end of the season.

    Goo Rockets!

A few years ago when I first heard about Ariza, he was still with the Magics I believe. They had an article at that time that says Ariza's ceiling is another Tmac. In my mind if Ariza can significantly improve his dribble penetration, although that's a big if, he does have the potential to become a scorer as good as Tmac. He probably won't have the court vision though.

Anyway, Ariza is a major steal at the MLE salary. All Hail King Morey!!!!!!11!!!

Little better on the turnovers but still too many.

Better on rebounds than the first game.

Should have doubled Brandon near end of game.

    Good win.

AB and TA were great tonight.

Scola had a bad night again.

Hayes did a great job against Oden.

    Landry was agressive and confident.

you're expecting him to limp again, then most likely.

a healthy tracy mcgrady helps any team.

I think it was in Carl Herrera or someone else's signature, Ariza is the No Stats All Star v 2.0, NOW WITH STATS.

Sure. A more aggressive Battier is able to score 20 a game in the playoffs.
Trevor is a young guy, man of few words but works hard on his game, and his teammates are encouraging him to shoot the rock.

Ariza, Brooks, & Landry were great tonight! I think Battier's defense in the last couple of minutes was super as well.
