they switched off on him....i'm not sure if there was any clear pattern there, seemed like they each got significant minutes on Roy though, possibly so roy wouldn't get comfortable with either one.
and has anyone noticed DA looks like the guy in that geico commercial, the one with the guy playing ball in the empty gym?
we're very capable of beating the Lakers especially with Gasol not playing. im intrigued to see how we play against the jazz though.
Great game! Ariza proving that he is capable of having a big offensive night. Hes not going to do this on a nightly basis obviously but just knowing that he can catch fire is reassuring. He even had that one layup "and 1" foul down the stretch of the game. I thought that was a huge progression play for him, he really played, that like a "playmaker" I was really happy for him last night. Seems like Ariza will be getting another text/call from Kobe, after all he did surpass his career high. AB looked amazing, the speed and confidence in his shot is great. He can create something out of nothing, still needs to stay away from those corners IMO, he gets trapped and has no where to go. This happened a bit when Lowry and AB were on the court at the same time, they were complaining to the refs but IMO you put yourself in a trapped corner you get penalized. Scola nearly sat out the whole second half right? Landry really had it going. Overall you have to give credit to the Rockets keeping their foot on the pedal. Right from the start they established a lead and for the most part weathered every storm the Blazers threw at them. Every game should be progression and chemistry, at least thats what I am hoping! Great game, great energy, and sharp shooting.
I'm happy that Chuck is pitching in on offense,in addition to defense. Thanks to all of you who told me how he got 8 points.
t-mac didnt get barely any boo's nd the people that got boo'd the most was outlaw, roy, and brian cook.the biggest pop was battier coming out and olajuwon in the intro vid btw the funniest part of the game was when they did a hair cam and scola was on the screen non stop brushing his hair then they show matt bullard with the scola wig was priceless
He is aiming his shots; he has to relax and "free stroke." Once this kid gets "comfortable" he is going to light it up. It has taken Brooks two years to get "comfortable" with his shooting at the NBA level. Through the summer league and most of the preseason, C-Bud was "free stroking," then, he tightened up.
This was by far the funniest promo I can remember at a Rox game lol...Scola busting out the brush was a riot lol. The people in my area couldn't stop laughing throughout the promo and Bull's was funny too but the John McLane look a like got people laughing again lol
