great win, still much improvement though we are not nearly out of the woods yet. this should boost their confidence though, its a psychological game. we have the talent there on offence, our defense lacks but i think a big part of it is the heart. our young guys have to focus and guard even when they are down on points and we did that tonight. i know this team can make the play offs, they just have to get past the injuries and find some chemistry. we have been too injury prone. of course all of this is not new information to anyone.

Good win, but a bit of flukey. Not sure you can rely on shooting 50+% on 3s as a team and Battier being an offensive jogger nut as a winning formula. The D in the 4th qtr was no fluke, though. Even when the Lakers scored, they had to make a good play to do it.
Well that was unexpected. Battier becomes Kobe in a once in a lifetime role reversal. Clearly the best game the Rockets have played all year. They didn't collapse in the third, and the collapse didn't continue into the fourth. They keep competing, moving the ball, going hard after rebounds and loose balls. This game was like a shower in dry land. Thus far the season has been one awful experience and the team has largely played like "do do." I didn't think it could get much worse, and then it got a whole lot better. At least for tonight. I'll take it.
if hes rich enough to bet 10k on a meaningless game then i guess hes rich enough to take a 10k hit but its still funny. one thing to keep in mind when u are betting on sports is never bet anything on your home team. your homerism will blind you from reasonable judgements
