Great win!!! I can't wait for all the "we don't need Yao" and "trade Yao" threads.

a nice win on the road against a still pretty tough team in detroit...and with no yao playing and with tmac/artest first game back

still need to work on spacing issues it just seems to me like adelman system is not designed for superstars and benefits more from regular role players who all play about equal. artest was still most effective in iso plays

we gonna have to figure out how to fit all three stars on the same floor or we might as well just trade every1 but yao and surround him with a buncha role players

not a critique just a fact

You know, consider that we played NO DEFENSE and it is a good win. Without playing much defense we beat pretty good Detroit team. But really, with defense like that we are not gonna win many games...

Spacing was HORRIBLE, that is why we couldn't really attack the rim. Rafer again failed at the end, but a win is a win.

Ron was big, and T-Mac...well it was his 1st game back, he sure has to get it going and he has to do that by playing, but he didn't really play bad. He just needs to be more AGRESSIVE and he has to look to score more.

I only expect him to play better and better.

Hopefully we will stay healthly for the rest of the season and playoffs. I don't really like this game but we WON, great,

Tracy did well here and there.. my main complaint for tonight was his, along with Alston's, flaking out on the last minutes of the 4th.. which could've very well have cost us the win.. however well Alston played the majority of the game.. t_mac1.. hope you understand my point.. that was a straight series of "what the hell" moments by both Alston and Tracy.. late in the 4th.. that's worth pointing out..

    I'm happy about the win.

And TSlack does look like his old slacking, fade away jump shooting, no effort guy that we say before his 2 weeks off. He's definitely the old TSlack all right.

-Tmac is a long ways off from being back. He looks better than he did so far this yr, but as far as All star level a long ways away. Gotta learn to start driving again, maybe that Prince block on him was a blessing in disguise. I want to see him dunk sooo bad.

-Reason this game was lost was because of Ron/Mac/AB substitution. We coulda easily won when we had the 14 pt lead with Rafer/Von/Shane/Chuck/Carl.

-Seriously, benching iverson for the entire 4th qtr, is Michael Curry on crack?

I don't want Utah to make the playoffs. I think it will boost our confidence if they are just not there.

    Strong game from the Rockets.
Only disappointed in the play of AB.

You wanna bet that he'll be having 3-11 nights soon?

I might be wrong, and Rafer is going in his second half mode last season, but if I'm to judge him through the whole of the current season, the last thing I want from him is to shoot 15 shots per game after having a couple of good shooting nights.

He missed the last 3 of 4 though while he was on the court with T-mac, Artest, AND Scola...three darn good offensive options. and with 9 seconds in the shot clock to go. And then that teardrop/lob thing. *shudder*

I doubt it. People are dumb here, but not that dumb. Pretty sure people recognize there's no way in hell we win in the playoffs w/o him.

TMac has a long way to go before he starts making his statements come true. TMac still needs more time to get his game back.

it's funny seeing people said tracy "sucks" once again, but yet he played 37 mintes and we were +10 with him on the floor.

sure he didn't play his best game, but sucking? wow
