Feels good to get three consecutive wins over three quality teams that are ahead of us in the standings! Maybe we've turned a corner? Maybe we'll actually make the playoffs! Either way I hope they make it interesting.

Well that was a good win. :) Monster game by Kmart.

Hilarious moment when Battier slipped when trying to help Scola up, was hoping they'd show that again. Hopefully we can string a couple more W's together and get some momentum (and I'm not talking about presidents). heh heh Clyde lol

Kevin Lowry? You mean Kevin Martin + Kyle Lowry or just an accidental typo?

But anyways, I take it you mean our starting PG Kyle Lowry.

I've always been a massive fan of Kyle Lowry. I dedicated my sig to him and was delighted with the trade that brought Rafer out of town and Kyle into Houston. Lowry has much more of a passer's mentality and will always look to set up his teammates over looking for his own shot. While on the other hand Brooks has struggled to find teammates, so when he is not scoring his contributions to the team are limited.

I just don't think Brooks acted like a professional like he should be as a NBA player. The loss of professionalism is inexcusable. Sure, young players are always filled with fire and when things don't go their way they pout out in anger a bit. But I don't think he got a raw deal here. Contract issues? Lowry was still coming off the bench in his contract year last year, and he ran effortlessly into a 24-million-dollar contract even with the reduced numbers he put up last year. Injury? That's a norm for every player on the team. Even Ron Artest was put down to the bench when Shane Battier came back from injury, and Ron took to the role with humility. I mean getting trumped over by Shane Battier for your starting spot? If the legendary Ron Artest could handle it, I don't see why Brooks couldn't.

I feel the best-case scenario would be Aaron signing a qualifying offer next year, and then becoming an unrestricted free-agent the year after. The remaining two months of games isn't enough for him or the Rockets to solve anything.

Its all up to Aaron how the ship sails.

That would be awesome indeed. Especially if Melo takes with him tonight's refs. This was the worst officiated game, I think, this season.

Hahahah, dude, please, Brooks isn't that good and its no wonder he's been struggling all year. Good players don't suck for so many consecutive games. Brooks got carried last year by the rest of the team and ESPECIALLY the bench which was ran by Lowry. Brooks sucks so get over it. He can't do anything else other than shoot.

That's not entirely true. He can get to the line, hit a mid range shot at times. He can also finish around the basket. His court vision is limited, but he can make some assists. He can't and doesn't want to defend at times. He is a 6th man PG,who wants to start. That's his biggest problem.

The same people who criticized T-Mac for being a ball hog, ball-stopper or whatever they call it now love AB. I have no clue how that can happen. One day they will talk about ball movement and the next day they'll love AB for what he does.

I like AB and his habit of putting up good numbers in playoffs and pressure situations. but this season, it has all been downhill for him. and he cannot get the second unit involved because he doesnt fit. the second unit depends on players who have the tendency to create shots. Bud, Lee and Landry (last two years) fed off kyle and his energy wen they played together. AB is not that kind of a player. Brad Miller is a point center and creates shots for others through his passing. is it surprising that J.Hill and the entire second unit plays well when Brad is in the game?

AB doesnt fit with our second unit. He is too bad on defense to play in the first unit with Martin. bad situation, bad luck --> bad behavior

He needs to take a page out of Jason Terry's book and just destroy other team's benches. Rick's just gotta give him the green light when he's on the floor.

You must not be watching bc he has def had the green light. Jack up after jack up. This is right after a whole lot of dribbling of course.
