Nuggets announcers are the biggest homers ever and i am particularly happy we won this one just in spite of them.

And Carmelo can get F8@**d never have i seen such bad officiating

Damn do these people think they are funny, or...?

Anyway, good win fellas. Defense was great on "everyone else". Martin was awesome in the 2nd half, ridding himself of those Denver slumps he's been on. Some clutch plays by the Rockets in a non-scoring fashion. Hayes was clutch, Scola, Lowry, etc.

Kevin Martin was being Kevin Martin; this is who is, a shooter/scorer. He can light it up. As I have said many times before, there are not that many players in the NBA that can throw up 30 or 40 points any game. We saw two of them tonight. Scola is so, well solid, I love him. And, I am appreciating Hayes more and more. With a healthy in prime Yao this team would be hard to beat, the TMac/Yao era never saw role players this good. Really a shame. The Rockets always seem a day late and a dollar short. Good win. And one last thing, Lowry should never take another three point shot.

I like AB, but the second teams doesn't need a scorer they need a set up man.

AB looks for his shot too much with the second team. AB rarely gets everyone involved. Look at Buddy Lee today they played great because Ish and Miller got them the ball where they could be successful. When AB is running with the second team some how he makes everyone into a one on one player and that isn't what the do well. they need to get shots within the O and AB doesn't run that O very well.

I am a little worry about tommorow's game, most of our starters didn't get any rest at second half.. RA should play our young guys more since they did very well on the 2th quarter.

This game was a great example of everything that's wrong with the league. Another disgusting performance by the refs. The invisible man hacking away at Mr. Lala.

Most of those fouls on lala were just hard nosed defense. Great effort by the rockets.

    Keep it going Rockets!!!

Kevin Martin is showing the NBA why he should be in the ASG.

even better the hornets and grizzlies lost, the jazz are down right now to the kings and the Bulls and Blazers are still neck and neck.

The rockets can pick a game tonight on a lot of teams ahead of them if the Jazz and Blazers lose

Blazers and Bulls are neck and neck. But Suns are smashing the Warriors.

Blazers are a tough team to beat at home... Hopefully, Rose/Boozer/Korver will take care of them!

But but the Rockets can't beat good teams without Brooks, he's the best player in the team. Martin is just fool's gold.

DD is looking mighty stupid right now.

I think mello would actually make us a dark horse in the west now if we were in the east od say hell no, that's why I don't think he's better off in new york. A team of kmart, scola and mello is better than amare', felton and mello? I think mello and kmart would compliment each other very well. He's never played with a player who can score as well and effeciently as martin, plus scola is a solid post option and great hustle and rebounder which I think would take a lot a pressure off mello and allow him to score more easily in the first 3 quarters and have planty of energy for the 4th to close out games while martin is the primary scorer the first 3 quarters. I think mello knows this, and is actually good friends with martin, both team jordan. So I wouldn't put houston out of the running for mellos cause we would be a dark horse in the west and a legit 7 footer with d from being the best team in the west. Imo

well have you seen the best bench players in the league? way more often than not they are scorers in the mold of Aaron Brooks. Jason Terry, Jamal Crawford, George Hill, Nate Robinson, etc etc...the 6th man role is mainly a scoring role and Aaron Brooks is one of the best scorers in the league. Not many people can average 20 points per game while leading their team to 40 wins.

I think it was the injury and the ego-suffocation with Kyle Lowry taking his starting lineup that really killed Brooks' performances. He is a very pure scorer and every single team would love someone like that coming off their bench. If anything I'd want Brooks taking those shots that Lee/Budinger were taking today, because he is simply a better scorer. (if we were to talk about actual player talent/ability rather than current form).

Brooks were going for 30+ points during the playoffs against LA/Portland, I just don't see why he wouldn't want to do it against the second unit...

    Extremely Disappointed.

AB was and will be again an elite scorer in the mold of Kevin Martin. Remember a stretch last season when they were both putting up thirty a game. A.B. is a victim of circumstances: injury, contract issues, loss of starting role, loss of confidence, immaturity, etc. He is very talented and will come back strong either with the Rockets or somewhere else. I have never been a fan of Kevin Lowry. He obviously can't shoot and often plays out of control. I have never thought he was starting material and don't think an injury should have caused AB to lose his position. I think AB has gotten a raw deal all around.

You gotta hand it to the refs, they tried their hardest to take this game from us, but just fell a little bit short
