24 points in 24 minutes for Yao...great job in keeping his minutes low and keeping his legs fresh for game 2. Thought Mutombo should have been substituted for Chuckwagon much earlier when the game was in the bag. other than that only Battier, Brooks and Scola played over 30 minutes.
Wow! That Roy is dirty! Look at the unnecessary elbow to Yao after the ref whistled in the first half. That should be a technical. I am so happy we beat them!
Game 2: Portland will look at some positives. They will see Yao playing only 24 mins but getting 4 fouls. They are gonna run at Yao everytime to get him into foul trouble early plus fronting and hard doubles. Bet on it.
