i wouldnt worry, he rarely shoots a bad %. He just sometimes shoots very little, as long as he stays aggressive he'll be ok.
you know what, I don't mind Ariza's missed shots or failed drives. but what I do mind are the Rox running their offense through him far faaar too much. that's the real problem. we need another playmaker and the only option I see is Bud. unfortunately he a little careless with his passing decisions but I think if they force him into it, Bud could really settle well into that possible because he is decisive, careless or not. mistakes will go down with experience.
Iaria thou has made timely baskets, ex. last night's 3 late in fourth with rox down 5 with less than 2 mins; tonight's 2 point basket in 3rd when rox were up only 5 and grizz were making a run
Luis will have problems against bigger, physical, athletic 4's. Ariza will have to step up as the 3rd scorer. If he doesn't we will be down to Martin and Brooks.
I know he got called for a foul, but I really liked that one move Hill made to attack the basket and try to create for himself. Really flashing his potential, I think he could be very, very good off the bench next season.
Didn't get to see the game but from the looks of it Hill had himself a nice little game and Scola had a nice game as well. Brooks...did Alright
Our back court is starting to look "elite." Scoring-wise, at least. I continue to be impressed with Hill. This team is young, talented, and becoming deeper and taller. Throw in the draft picks, next year could be very entertaining.
Daryl Morey is god (he drafted Aaron Brooks). Daryl Morey is god (he traded for Luis Scola). Daryl Morey is god (he traded for Kevin Martin). Daryl Morey is god (he stole Jordan Hill). Daryl Morey is god (he basically put most of this beautiful team together). Don't forget to continue ongoing worshipping of Daryl Morey and praying for some nice lottery numbers.
Anyone notice Zach Randolph giving Aaron Brooks props and calling it a "snub" that he didn't make the all star team?
what pfs specifically? Scola has his problems on the defensive end, but on offense he scoops it up on guys regardless of their size or skill. He's too polished with his moves to be disturbed. Maybe he won't get 30, but if he's aggressive he can get his 20 a game for sure.
