finally the offensive balance is back. the defense has been back the past 3 games. now i'm hoping we can return to the dominant rebounding team we were during the streak. i will be more optimistic once all of those things click. but the past 3 teams have been teams we should beat. i really wanna see how we far v. utah and phoenix to end the season. denver is just garbage.
when u can't make a damn layup (he missed 3 easy floaters/layups tonight), you will get hate. we lose 6-8 pts a game b/c of hayes.
This is a stretch, but best case scenario is Luther becomes a player like Kevin Martin, who Adelman developed in Sacramento.
If he does not have flaws, TMAC should come from the bench. his +/- is +19. How did he get burned? why does Head have to finish around the basket? because his is too strong or too tall?? weird.
A game the Rox had to win. Also with PHX losing, they are 5th. Will we see Utah again? Well, since we are like 1 game out of 2nd, who knows.
A blowout on a team's home court, with their star player back, and TMac shoots 31%?! I'll take it. Brooks is coming on, showing what he can do, may be a factor in the playoffs. Scola too. Landry has faded after a spectacular debut.
you seriously have some grudge against this guy and Im slowly believing its actually personal... Do you know him personaly??? Because I see no reason why you would be so adamant about your disapproval of Head so much.... Every game he plays in you have to trash him, its becoming quite tiresome....
im liking how Aaron brooks is playing... maybe give him more time... and why doesn't clutch ever update the front page status?
Head is not someone you can fully appreciate with stats. Seriously watch the game and see how his man burns him when he's on D. That and the fact that he's an absolute bonehead when it comes to decision-making with the ball off the dribble. We have to be able to find a better back-up SG/one-dimensional spot up shooter out of free agency or the draft this offseason. Ex. 1: In the game against San Antonio last Sunday, Doug Collins mentioned maybe 3-4 times how you could pressure Luther Head and force him into turnovers. Immediately after he said it once, they doubled Luther and he coughed it up. Ex. 2: I told my friend on AIM how after Luther makes a smart play with the ball on offense he's guaranteed to give it back and then some on the other end. Ten minutes later Luther drives to the basket and dishes it for an easy assist. I tell my friend "Watch out..." and on the next play he leaves his man (Finley) wide open for an uncontested three. My friend's response: "Like clockwork".
did u watch the game? his 8 assists in the first half paved the way for the 20 pt lead. sometimes i wonder if people watch games or boxscores. people like you make real basketball fans shake their head.
