He is a lot better than chuck hayes in guarding the rim. It was sick how easily the clippers got to the rim.

That is obvious, this team gives up too many free layups, wayyyy toooo frustrating.

 did you watch the entire game?

They scored a three-pointer with a second left, sir. FAIL.

So what did you tell Morey that made him laugh out loud and point at the stands, SeƱor YoYo??

Yeah, that was hysterical. Must be terrible to be a Clippers announcer and, year in and year out, have to try to make the team sound like they don't totally suck. Because no matter what kind of talent they bring in, they ALWAYS manage to suck -- only TWO winning seasons in the last 25 years.

Chuck Hayes shut down Kaman. The Rockets beat the Clippers by 17, yet you b**** about "how easily the clippers got to the rim?!" You complain just to complain.

what was battier smoking, trying to dunk that ball?

and did dunleavy fall into sleep? where were his adjustments? where were the advantages of his front court? the clippers have decent personnel.

well, it's the clips after all.

Like you said, they couldn't score for about 8 minutes, so why make any changes? Brooks still played over 30 minutes so it's not like he got benched or anything.

Think they were pretty confident that "that run" would bring that back into it.

Why does everyone hate on Lawler and Smith? In my opinion, they've got to be up with Marv and Fratello, and the Lakers' guys for the best, most impartial local announcers in the league. Sure they're going to say some stupid things like Hayes should be an easy mark for Kaman, but they're not supposed to know that much about the other team's players. I have no problem with a crew referring to a truly unbelievable comeback like their Memphis game; that's like expecting Bill and Clyde to forget about T-Mac's 13 in 35 the next night. Plus, is it that hard to believe from an outsider's perspective that a team that had a height advantage at EVERY SINGLE POSITION, with FOUR lottery picks (and the fifth and sixth injured) could maybe have an advantage on offense? The beauty of this Rockets team is that they're a whole lot more than the sum of the parts; something that's not easy to know if you haven't had the chance to see them play; and this was the first meeting with the Clippers this year.

There is something extremely refreshing about not hearing local announcers whine about calls or flops; just acknowledge a "dubious" call and move on. No overhyping of a young player, saying they're "all-star quality", just a good graphic about how well the team is playing recently, and get back to the action, and to have announcers that are incredibly polished, don't mangle their sentences and get excited on big plays, whether it's the opposition or the home team; a "BINGO" back breaking three, or a "SLAAAAM DUNK".

    Great Rockets win as well.

After watching this game you just said Marcus Camby is the most overrated defensive player in the league.. YOU said that. There is no point arguing with you because you're being irrational right now..

Turn off the lights and go to bed.. Sleep on what you just said..

I'd love to see Battier continue to be more aggressive even if he looks silly at times.

He pretty nearly threw that down.

I really liked how Budinger scored 19 points. The way he scored those points seemed effortless and very much within the flow of the offense. I wish he would get more plays and more attention from his team mates in the offense.

His defense was really good too both one on one and within the team's defensive scheme. This player has all the tools and smarts to be a really significant NBA player. I hope the Rockets' coaching staff realize that they have this close to being polished gem in their line up.
