Yeah I think I will send the Announcers an email saying ... Here's your bigger and more talented now suck these...
Brooks and Lowry - A watershed moment? Aaron Brooks shooting 9/11, 22 points, could not ask for a better offensive performance from him, yet did not play a single minute in the 4th quarter. Kyle Lowry, finishes the game with an average offensive performance as usual, however the clippers did not score for the final 8 minutes of the game. Maybe just a fluke, but I can't help think there are ramifications further down the line, especially at playoff time.
I know you're trying to sound all smart by repeating that "lol camby sux at D" garbage, but FYI, our 4 frontcourt players (Scola, Landry, Hayes, Andersen) shot a combined 9/24 for 26 points. Camby didn't exactly get dominated on the defensive end.
dont watch the game, but looks everyone played great, especially Brooks and Budinger (do i spell his name right?)
yeah but he had a stetch of about 2-3 bad shots, he just needs to stick to smart shot selection and he'll shoot close to 50%
it was more about match ups tonight and pretty much every night. brooks got them started off good and lowry finished it off. The clippers were a mismatch for us at almost all positions and having brooks in there compounded it if you watched the third quarter. lowry at least has some weight so bdiddy can't post him up so easily.
I like how RA is playing Brooks and Lowry like pitchers - Brooks is the starting pitcher, he pitches for as long as he can until he's gassed, then Lowry comes in to close the rest of the way.
I actually liked how at the end of the 4th quarter, the Rockets were letting the Clippers take 3 point shots and they kept missing until the very end. Actually, only one of them seemed to constantly say, "I think the Clippers have more weapons and will be too much for the Rockets," the entire match until the end. One or both of them actually kept praising our guys, like all commentators now have to do, about how good we are with the starless team of we have now. Either way, it was a good win and it looks like while Scola is a bit more rough with the head gear, he is still pretty good.
oh great, can we PLEASE just let it be what it was....brooks deserved the rest, lowry was doing fine, clipps were folding, lead was growing, that's it.
3-0 for the mustard unis. Let's wear them for the rest of the season... and for God's sake don't wash them! .....well maybe once after the all-star break.
Also I have to admit, it was cool to see us play the entire 4th with mainly the bench and still pull away like that. Although, I have to feel for Landry, you can tell not getting the start effected him a little.
1. Your argument immediately is flawed when you include Hayes. 2. Were you watching the game? Scola bricking open jumpshots had nothing to do with Camby
