I would say Carl is the key for our WIN. When he is healthy and can dunk as hell we have an edge not to fear Suns.

Looks like the Rockets finally regain their momentum and return to the winning mode as in the 22 streak. If that's true, the timing is perfect.

Another reason Houston will probably do well against the Suns for the next few years is...........no Marion and no small defenders on Yao.

    Simply WOW !!!

We went small and turned the tables on the Suns and basically RAN them into the ground.

Less Rafer and More Bjax and Brooks = better team play.

Good job by Adelman using all his bench.....

This team may be under the radar but when they play AS A TEAM they can beat anyone.

Great win by the Rockets. Increases our chances of possibly gaining a top 3 seed.

the biggest reason is that outside of Amare they are old as dirt. i don't think they could win 4 out of 7 against them this year, but the suns are definitely on the decline.

Im glad there are still a lot of warrior type rockets fan. Damn I was so pissed off yestaday and this morning to see a bunch of fair-weathered fans who say we have no chance.

RA is a genius. This guy deserves the COTY award more than Doc Rivers, in fact doc rivers don't deserve the COTY if he ain't 70+ in the eastern conference.

Besides new orlean's coach (forgot his team, sumthin bryon scott?), RA should be the COTY.

    Let's talk about adjustments.

Adelman normally packs the paint much like Gundy's defense but tonight he did something different. He let Amare have his points inside and decided to cut off Sun's momentum by covering up their 3 point shooters.

That strategy pretty much stifled Suns offensive rhythm.

This is why I feel much better with Adelman as a coach. He is one of the best at making pre and in game adjustments which is a HUGE HUGE factor in playoffs, and something we lacked terribly the last 4 years.

I think you shrug your shoulders at whoever wins and then keep rooting against the team that loses from here on.

There are no caveats for this game.

    There are no asterisks.

The Rockets took the Suns best shot, got up and kicked the crap out of them. The lead just kept growing. First a 1 point lead, then 2, then 3, then 4. The Suns made a run when they cut the 16 point lead in half, but that was it.

You say Nash had a bad game?? Nah, he only missed 1 shot that I think he "never misses". The Rockets were content to let Amare and Shaq do their thing, within reason. The Rockets were without Battier, couldnt hit a FT to win a stuffed animal, and still won by double digits.

What a difference not playing on the 2nd night of a back to back makes.
