What's up with Battier's shot lately? It's like he's rushing it. I know he changed it, but I still think he isn't shooting in rhythm.

indeed! Battier was a TOTAL COMPLETE non-factor last night. In fact, he was a NEGATIVE EFFECT last night.....I know hes a great player(in a vacuum) and a nice guy and such......BUT..I also question his contributions (or there LACK OF) contributions to the team...

I think its time for Shane to move on to a championship-calibre half-court team now. Hes basically lost most of his athletism (as if he had any=p)

We also gotta note he had a -15 for last night.

So I guess from now on we'll be seeing less and less of Battier each game.

25 minutes a game sounds about right.

Battier for Rudy! (ok jokes jokes =p)

Battier had a subpar game but he wasn't totally useless. He was in foul trouble for most of the game but played a big part in containing the Lakers in the beginning of the 4Q.

In pretty much consecutive plays, he made a nice pass inside to Landry for a layup, took a charge from Bynum IIRC and swiped the ball from Odom for a steal. He helped us keep the lead.
