I don't think anybody was questioning whether you and moes saw Morey get pissed and storm off and even do whatever he did to that guy.

I certainly trusted both of you on that part.

I'm just not so sure what looked like assault wasn't him jokingly taking out his frustration on somebody he's probably friends with.

i see that in a few players. Lowry's chest might be sticking out a little too much for the teams own good. Also Ariza's confindence is all but gone, it seems like he is just afraid to make mistakes. Landry is feeling the heat for being considered one of the true good players, battier is a role player and does not really do nothing to better the situation, Brooks' head might be getting a little too big. I might be biased to my favorite player but Scola is a rock cant be fazed.

our starting 5 is horrible,a lineup change is necessary .i don't care u move hayes or trevor, what we badly need is a consistent scorer in our 1st unit who could impose great pressure to the opponent.

seriously i am a little frustrated about this team right now, especially when landry become so struggle when facing doubling team.a deal is deserved to happen.D morey please bing us a decent go-to guy.----------

Morey might be a great GM, but this is just weak.

starting lineup change will not happen without trade.

they need offense as a sixth man of bench. shane is not that. ariza obviously has been guaranteed starters job. landry is offense of bench so is anderson. brooks needs minutes. so there cannot be a lineup change. unless you put scola at center but then landry and scola will burn out or get into foul trouble plus you wouldnt have a big man bench play to score.(except anderson)

honestly thinking outside the box, start taylor, bench or trade battier. if it doesnt work, so what this is a experimental year anyways right to develop young players?

Now we know it was actually Gersson Rosas, Rockets VP.

And like I said, it wasn't a full on Hulk Smash, but he did give him a pretty nice little shove.

One thing for brooks. He really needs to be more passive and find the balance of being a offensive player and getting his teammate involving into the game. Do not make more than 15 shots per game in order to be more efficient in the both ends of the court.

To derail the thread a bit:

I had a serious Oh No moment when they handed the mike to Battier at the beginning of the game. I thought he was going to sing the National Anthem, and after his Rudolph performance, that was pretty scary.

He did a nice job of talking about MLK Jr. and Debra Duncan belted out the NA, so all was well.

2-3 zone killed us. We ran the same offense the whole game.

Against man-to-man defense in the first half we were on fire. 65%FG

When they switched to a matchup 2-3, driving lanes vanished, screens were ineffective because of the zone help defense and Landry was easily fronted and then doubled when he got the ball.

    Adelman made three huge mistakes.
    1. Not switching to an offense designed for the 2-3.
Any odd gaurd front with shooters in holes of the zone and either Scola or Andersen at the high post.

    2. Not playing Budinger (The biggest weakness of a 2-3 is that it HAS to give up open 3's and open driving lanes from the wing. Bud was killin and could've had a career day. He probably would've forced them to go back to man.)

    3. Not fouling with a 3 point lead and only seconds remaining.
Why Adelman refuses to do this is beyond me. The Timberwolves twice sent us into an extra period with a last second three not even a week ago. And here again our opponent had another chance to tie the game at the last second.

Skiles' one big mistake that cost him the game
    1. At the start of OT he switched back to man defense and the rockets rattled off a quick 7 points. After that he went back to the matchup 2-3 and we went back to sucking but it was too late at that point...since Ridnour missed that 3 anyways.
