To be honest, Rick Idleman, errrr..... Adelman's stupid princeton offense doesn't fit our players. We have 2 defensive stoppers in Shane and Ron. Tracy McGrady who's lazy, doesn't move much without the ball, only wants to play iso one on one half court, and we have a dominant center in Yao, the best center in the whole NBA. What this team needs is a JVG type of coach. Hopefully Van Gundy will come back, or at least we should hire a coach that's similar to JVG.

But since we're stuck with stupid Rick Idleman, errrrrr... Adelman, we might as well play his stupid Princeton offense. This team is more fluid without McGrady because everyone moves without the ball. But still, this roster is not suitable for this current roster.

You know...its crazy...our 5 best players are injured right now...

    1. T-mac
    2. Yao
    3. Artest
    4. Shane
    5. Francis

This is seriously insaneeee...I've never heard of a team where their 5 best players are all injured at the same time...this has got to be a first...but I'm not freaking out...you know that 2 of the big 3 will be there against the mavs...I'd prefer Artest and Yao since they were able to handle it last time with T-mac on the bench...Also Shane is coming back very soon so that is good news...

    Anyway...

Perhaps T-mac should just sit and rest his knee till 2009. The doctor said it takes a good a 6 months to heal the kind of injury/surgery T-mac had. His surgery was performed in June so it has been 5 months now. I suggest he should just wait till January, Hopefully' He'll be 95% and SF3 should also be back as well.

Nice try but I think you are going way too far. The best players out of the Big 3 should be Scola and Aaron Brooks. Shane Battier is a glue guy but his skill level is nowhere near Scola, who is the MVP of FIBA tournament. Brooks is way better than Francis at this point of their careers.

Scola still lacks a left hand. Battier does at least show some left handed hook shot with his limited offense.

This is why we need a legitimate backup center!! My heart dropped in my shorts when Yao came down on his foot and he started to grimice. Yao's minutes needs to be pulled back to 35 minutes max anything over that is too much, we need someone who can come in and give us 15-20 minutes, block some shoots , and score 5-8 points a game. I'm not as concerned about Tracy and Ron because we have some depth behind them but right now we are totally assed out behind Yao!!

Sean Williams or Josh Boone for Luther Head!!!
    or
Channing Frye and Travis Outlaw for Shane Battier!!

I see this a a good opportunity for some of our reserves to get some minutes (like SA right now). Wafer, Head, Barry, Landry, and AB should see increased minutes for a couple of games. This could be a showcase for Head so his trade value can increase a lil bit.

let's hold on a bit before making trade proposals for players that haven't played yet.

Tmac didn't have the MRI. Him and doctors agreed it wasn't necessary. He went through practice today and plans to play against the Mavs, as well as Yao and Artest. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.
