I think this is Adelman's standard style of rotation, but draft position is more important to me right now. Let the tanking begin.

Man, if you are an opposing coach, you have to love seeing Rick Adelman on the other side :)

Blow that lead in the last 4 minutes while The Chuckwagon rode the bench...

Adelman, Adelman... already many games that you have cost us. Sorry but this man is HORRIBLE at in game decisions, extremely conservative. Elston can't be that bad and must have a similar offensive philosophy having worked with Adelman so long.

Detroit would like to give Adelman their 6th Man of The Year Award :)

If we make the playoffs, fine, we get some more experience.

If we don't make the playoffs, we save our players from exposure to injury, and come back stronger next season.

This is a retool year anyway you look at it.

Rockets had 13 turnovers to 9. This is unacceptable!!! PROTECT the ball.

The way Adelman played Jordan Hill so much so late in the game and didn't ever let Battier catch his breath cemented it for me. The Rockets are tanking. I wonder if Lowry and Ariza are even hurt.

I had a difficult time watching the game after that. It was such a blatantly blown call that I just knew this wasn't going to end well. Unbelievable. That ref ought to be fired and then sent to... hell, I can't think of a place bad enough.

Oh well I knew the team could not stand to win 2 in row. I hope things get better. Starters are playing too many minutes can't wait for Lowry and Ariza to take up the slack. I believe these will lead to better play down the closing minutes in the next games. Rockets will finally get wining streak going.

Wow I come home to see we lost in OT, depressing. Hate to say it but the playoffs don't look realistic at this point.

Yeah that pissed me off. 3 on 1 with 2 bigs running the floor. And I think Bynum was the guy back on defense. Quite frankly it was an idiotic play.

Rockets are lottery bound. No shame in that. They had a snowball's chance in Hell and with the recent injury to Lowry and Ariza, not to mention not having Yao, their chances went to zero.

Sure there is always a chance, but let's face it, they couldn't afford to lose anything to sub-par teams if there was going to be a chance.

Besides, I hope they will play Hill more than 20 min a game so we can see if he is worthly of a #8 pick.

I'd root for them to win the rest but it's not the end of the world.

Good Luck DM in the draft, maybe they will get Steve Francis lucky and end up with the #1 pick. Now that would be SWEET.

You know, they did get a WIDE open 3pter by Battier in the corner......as a result.

    But he bricked it.

Battier was clearly tired, Prince was owning him.....CBud should have seen a lot more time, he was great on Prince.

That play was a gimme. It was a certain 2 points. I am all for running the clock out, but not when there is a certain basket wide open

You're kidding right? Portland has to lose three or four (depending on tonight) while we lose none, just for us to tie for eighth. Enjoy waiting for those four Portland losses.

It's called tanking by alternative means. Instead of beching the starters, he is overplaying them. You'll be happy if Morey's target is available instead of another Gay for Battier trade.
