Man, Y'all are funny. We beat the heat and everyone screams, "We don't need TMac to win!!!!". We lose to Indiana with a new starting line up and you guys yell, "Without TMac we ain't crap." The Bandwagon keeps on rollin......

Nobody said quit, but if Steve Francis ever plays another game, it may very well be in the Greek League. I knew when he went out last year, the whole thing was a joke. He would pick up his option, and steal one last check from the Rockets. Most likely never playing a game again as a Rocket.

Do you remember how much abuse that guy would take in the paint night in and night out for us? I do, and you have not seen him play like that for damn near 5 years now.

Face it, the Franchise is belly up.

Dont get me started on T-Mac, he is a shell of his former self, and we've seen the best come and go. However with the roster that we have, we should be picking up the slack no problem.

I am a fan, but Im also a realist.
My love for the Rockets does not blind me from reality.

So why did Chuck not play? Was he hurt?

Did Brooks even play in the 2nd half?

So many questions so many questions.

I agree with you.. Its funny how guys are in panic mode and its only 16 games into the season and everyone is breaking down. guys just need to relax. Trade Rafer he can't shoot. Trade McGrady he is always injured he has no heart blah blah blah. Guys just need 2 relax. Enjoy the year

I don't care what he thinks. When he is so close to the basket and the game is on the line, if he doesn't try to get a position where he can dunk, then this means he prefers layup.... yes.... layup fanatics, that's what Yao Ming is.

I don't put the blame solely on Yao for today's game. There's a lot to be desired. But I just mention that Yao by default preferring soft laypus has always been a problem. Every now and then, he suddenly wants to dunk (maybe after Mac or Ron or Adelman screaming at him), but Yao dunking is more like an exception that deserves an

people are dumb....give yao a break. yao does want to dunk, but he has a 2 inch vertical and cannot get off the ground quick. he is 7ft5 310 lbs. you guys want him to run like kevin garnett? and dunk like a dwight howard? come on now... be realistic, people yao's size CAN'T even run.

Its the way we are losing.
Due to Adelmen being a 'players coach' we seem to be playing down to our opponents. The players have forgotten the wrath of JVG. We are losing the games that we are supposed to win, blowing leads, and losing in a fashion that should be unacceptable for a team of our talent and caliber.
Believe me, you may not care now, but when we are a handful of games from a killer home court advantage, silly losses like this will come back to haunt us.

Scolandry was 30 points and 28 rebounds. Not bad.

Oh I see... so you are saying we should all accept the fact that Yao wants to dunk but he can not and has no ability to dunk.

I really hope we don't get home court advantage in the playoffs, our homecourt stinks. We play so lethargic at home.

For a long-time season ticket holder, you seem to have not seen a lot of the JVG era games. We had the same problems playing down to inferior teams then that we do now.

He needs to dunk that ball like Shaq, Dwight Howard, or even Amare would have.

When he gets the ball in that position, especially with the game on the line, he should go up with so much force not allowing anyone to stop him. He had two defenders in the penalty circle in which any contact is to be called a foul. Instead Yao goes up, gets hacked and looks like 'wacky waiving inflatable arm flailing tube man'.

Again, Yao is great, but if you want to be a champion he better develop this instinct. A champion's mind has nothing stand in their way.

yeah he can dunk, but not in traffic, he doesn't have the explosiveness, or upper body strength to do that. why isn't artest a good dunker? he doesnt have the quickness to get off the ground. artest is strong and tough as hell.
