Tough loss. I thought the Rockets did a good job of going inside and staying away from the 3 for the most part, which was just like last night. There were definitely some ticky-tack fouls on Landry, especially the technical.
If that game wasn't evidence that game fixing still exists, I don't know what is. Okay, maybe not. Well, maybe. At a minimum, that was one of the worst officiated games I've seen in a long time.
Positives: Andersen played surprisingly well Rockets would've been closer w/o officiating Negatives: REFS TOs Not taking advantage when Billups was out Denver commentators..WTF is that??
Yeah ... loved his shooting tonight. It was good to see him look comfortable out there. Maybe he got the attention of other GMs.
Usually you cant place all blame on refs. But tonight man, they completely took us out of any flow. You saw the calls against Landry, I mean just an absolute joke. Shane even got no respect. I hate playing against George Karl, he petitions more than any other coach for FTs.
Basically, we played well and hung in with the rested Nuggets at their house. The 4 min. drought in the 4th quarter killed us. Other than that, let's get ready for Friday. I didn't have too many expectations for this game anyway. I think we'll come out of this 8 game stretch 5-3. So far, we're 1-1.
oooooooo........ all attention is now zoomed-in on trevor ariza.... imagine if he just stuck to his normal inside game...we'd probably have won this today
well as long as we are throwing out conspiracy theories....maybe stern wants to force houston to play tmac more so he's "helping" us lose...
