1/87 behind the 3 point line
0/43543 after missing a layup on put backs.

Defense held up pretty well except for behind the arc, but when shots are falling.

Identity is one thing, a solid rotation is another. Last year it was quite predictable who was coming in for who, now it seems as though names are being drawn out of a hat.

It IS early in the season and things will work themselves out, but we're not looking well for any trade prospects right now, and things will only get more complicated with Dampier coming into the lineup.

Panic if you must, but it is still early.

Courtney Lee must feel like he is still carrying the losing from Nets on him. The schedule does not get any easier the next two games, NO and SA. Team needs something good to happen.

Hey DD, what's up with your boy, Brooks? Hopefully the last two games were anomalies but Brooks is looking bad out there.

Morey just made his first bad trade in his tenure as a gm and I'm talking about the Ariza for Lee deal. Trevor would easily be the best defender on this team.

Actually, I thought Luis' defense was horrible. I don't understand what good it does to score all those points if you are going to leave Al Harrington open for three point shots all night long.

While Brooks was awful too, the lack of D from Scola was a bigger problem in this game. Martin's poor shooting in the second half didn't help either, but at least the effort was there from him tonight on both ends.

not sure why jordan hill continues to not see any playing time while chuck hayes is in there in the most important parts of the game and can't make layups, can't dribble the ball without losing it, can't shoot free throws. He is a situational player, shouldn't be playing that many minutes.

I always thought we would be able to make up for AB and KMarts lack of defense in other ways, but with the fast decline of Shane it is not working. They will have to play Lowry with Martin or trade someone. The defense is just horrible.

i remember brooks killed the nuggets last year, so i guess they want to take brooks out of the game, everything is good except perimeter defense

Too many, old, washed up vets on this team, and young, boneheaded Aaron Br-- i mean guards.

I think he is struggling right now for sure, but I think the entire team is struggling trying to integrate Yao back into the game.

It is the 3rd game out of 82, and it's time to panic? We are 0-3 big woop. Now if we go 0-6 or 0-7 yes, thats when it is time to panic but we have 3 days of practice to work on stuff. We'll be OK.

There are on people on here who already want to trade Brooks and Yao. That's the half im talking about.

Teams can't wait to play the Rockets now. We make everyone Jordan-esque.

Not much Rick Adelman can do when Luis Scola constantly leaves Al Harrington open for 3s, Aaron Brooks sleep walks through the game, and he is handcuffed by management with this Yao time limit.

We always peak energy wise in the first half, and then our energy goes low and our body language (we look like we aren't confident or determined to win no matter what) turns poor in the 4th quarter.

The 4th quarter should be our most energetic time, our body language should look like Boston's (Doc Rivers is big on his players never showing negative body language). We need to peak in the 4th quarter (the last six minutes should be our most intense and focused always)

Call early timeouts Rick, don't let runs happen. Stop the opposing teams momentum with timeouts early! (not to mention gets your team focused early)

I can't believe any of you are suprised????

Last year 42-40 was a fluke...............

This team wants to Run, well there you go, go ahead and Run.

Thats the problem with our identity. You can't run and effectively play defense without 3-4 2 way players.

I get what you are saying here, but I thought Lee had one of the better games tonight for the Rockets.
