Give credit to the Nuggets. With Billups now, the Nuggets are so much better now. Billups was scoring with confidence, directing the movement on the court, and created some great plays on offense and defense. He's a big reason for the Nuggets success. And without Tmac, Battier, and Barry, he Rockets were just overmatched. That's the plain reason that we lost this game. Honestly, I'm still confident this team can be a contender come May.

it seems to me that problem does deal with forcefeeding the ball to Yao and Artest. the difference is that Yao usually passes the ball back out if he doesn't have a good shot and Artest doesn't.

Our 2nd unit, especially Brooks and Landry, get really hot out there almost every game. then when we sub, Adelman usually leaves them in the game but runs everything through Artest or Yao instead of using Brooks and Landry. we've got to find a way to keep Brooks and Landry involved even when they're playin with some of the starters

so many guys dont like YAO.
trade him ,rox will get another great opponent.

you guys want DH , or AS ?no way
what about trade YAO for GASOL, do you really think gasol will play so well like in LAKERS?

trade yao is good for him, not this team.
under this damn coach ,players get more injuries, nothing more.

That is a very sensible post.
What I think we need to do is focus on playing good defense and let the offense come naturally.
    Persistance is the key.

Everyone who is saying to trade yao where the hell are you going to find another 7'6 center? Your not, and you sure as hell won't find anyone that big with as many skills as Yao. The last person I would trade out of our big 3 would be Yao. Ron Artest should be the first to go if someone gets traded. Tmac should stay on because you aren't going to find anyone with as much talent as he has in the current market.

Hmmm...honestly, I'd just like everybody to answer and tell me. Do you really think that Pau Gasol is better than Yao?

nope, Gasol looked weak in the finals. I browsed a Grizz forum and there were threads ripping on him and LA for finally seeing what theyre getting

its a good idea to trade Tmac.
although this guy was nice, and i like him ,he is not the man who can lead us to final. when we talk about his glory , is about his big time many many many.... years ago.

    tmac+head for hamilton +billups... why this not happened...why ...

    our roster looks fine.

    time is all we need.

we need all of our pieces to return, and a couple weeks after that to learn to play with each other.

Any owner of pro sports who isnt thinking championship instead of overseas ventures need to get out. I dont think the rox will ever trade yao because of the doors he opens for les outside of basketball, but if shaq can be traded when he was still good, why cant Yao?

Would i trade Yao? Yeah for the right package of players, but i can say that about anyone. Yao is a good player who is capable of being dominant for short stretches. I said last yr or the year before that he's maxed on his potential and the key is how long can he stay level before declining. the same can be said for tracy. Yao doesn't impact the game as much as he should based on his skill set. thats also evident by the teams success without him in the regular seson. As a organization, you need to either trade him for a package of players or get players who compliment and can hide what he cant do. As of right now, he has a pg in rafer who cant shoot and a in scola who isnt a shot blocker/defender nor a defensive stretch guy. Those are the 2 main problems why yao is really exposed. Thats why i think they should get camby if they can even it it calls for getting rid of scola and some filler. if not Camby, they need a Horry/Marshall/Thomas/Harrington type of 4 that can strectch the defense. They need a guy that can put other 4's in a bind by having to close out from a distance or in the case of harrington, a guy that can also put the ball down and get to the hoop. Its one or the other.

This game is on Yao for sure! We know for a fact that he can't carry a team unlike T-mac! For all the t-mac haters.... :D
